Every single staff member went above and beyond. The excursions were incredible. The food was delicious! we also enjoyed the spa amenities

Tierra Patagonia is an oasis, where everything works seamlessly. The staff is superb, the views sublime, the food exceptional, the rooms soothing and beautiful, the spa restorative. It is everything that an outdoor enthusiast could desire. We particularly enjoyed our excursions; Jaime was an exemplary, attentive and knowledgeable guide.

The location is wonderful and the view from common area is breathtakingly beautiful. the ranch where the hotel occupies is on a very good location looking out to the lake and Mountains. The exterior of the hotel looks a bit worn down as the wood panels of the building possibly were not treated since they were built but it doesn’t affect insulation of the room at all. SPA facility is a good brownie point as well
see above on the external looks of wood - but it certainly isn’t a big deal at all.

Beautiful hotel, a very interesting building with a lot of space but also felt very comfortable. Great pool and spa facilities, excellent service and the food was amazing. What set it apart was the organised tours (which are tailored to each guest) and the professionalism and passion of the tour guides.

Everything was perfect. The view couldn't be any better, the room is very comfortable and the staff is truly amazing! I have no words to express how much I enjoyed staying at Tierra Patagonia, by far it was the best hotel I've ever been on.
I think the food is a liiitle bit disappointing considering the level of the other services provided by the hotel. Not a negative point, but an observation that might make sense to other travelers.
