The location was excellent for the full moon party, the rooms were decent, the pool area was good
The shower wasn’t the best, was very expensive compared to other properties in Thailand but I think it was put up because of the full moon party

the pool was amazing. also had a great view from the balcony
the bed sheets weren’t clean, the safe did not work, the floor had broken glass from previous guests, the tv didn’t work nor did some of the plugs.

I loved that it was steps from the beautiful beach.
it was a bit far from the restaurants and shops. And we always had to ask for necessities like toilet paper and fresh towels.

Good place to stay if you go to the Full Moon Party. It is really close by.
The place is nice, clean, equiped with a pool and just in front of the sea. There are every thing you need in the area.

Good location
Ant infestation in room, fridge not working. Shower very outdated and basic. If it had been very cheap then we could have seen passed it as it is a lovely family who run it however it was very expenisve, the most expensive place we have stayed in thailand.. more than a 5 star hotel therefore we were dissapointed.

Location is great, pool is lovely with beautiful views of the private beach
Room was basic and is ok for the value
Shower lights were flickering and shower is weak but not a big deal
Staff were extremely unfriendly, and the reception is very messy and uninviting
Mr. Black himself was sitting shaving his beard and eating at the reception, their daughter had slightly better English but wasn’t friendly either.
