Amazing place with a stunning lake view and a quite relaxing vibe. The staff was really friendly and helped us organize our transportation.

the listing advised there’s a 24hour reception/front desk but this isn’t the case. I made staff aware we would be arriving from the night bus very early morning, they even asked me to ask the driver to drop us off at the resort as though someone would be waiting for us but no one was there, all lights off and we had to wait outside the front gates in the dark for about an hour, which wasn’t too great as we had already advised of our ETA

Little piece of heaven in the middle of beautifull nature. Super friendly staff, spacious rooms and everything available at the resort. Restaurant is very nice as well, breakfast with many options. All tours can be organized by the reception and they are also very helpful with arranging transfer to your next destination. The possibility to use kajaks to peddle the lake or bikes to go around the beautiful surroundings for free is a big plus! Easy to visit everything you want to see or do around Phong Nhã. We would highly recommend this place for a stay of a couple of days. Swimming pool available for a nice cool down.

All is perfect in this place, hope many new quests will stay here as during our stay there were little guests due to the season and recovery of Covid.

Beautifull location at the lake. friendly staff helping with tours. easy motorbike rental at the hotel. nice a la carte breakfast. free use of kayaks. good choice for familys.

the location is great. Lovely to swim in the lake in the morning and evening. The bungalows are very comfortable. Kayaking was great fun. You can also borrow bikes to ride into town.

The room has good view to the beautiful lake, the staff is very friendly and the dinner is very good.

We stays at room 1, while the room is big enough, it is not equiped with any TV, so no entertainment in the room. Plus there is no dressing table or writting desk & mirror. There is no sheer curtain on the windows, this means no privacy or the room is totally dark. It would be nicer if the room is welled equiped. Also NO inroom telephone to call the receiptionist, I had to walk to reception or using my mobile phone. Also the location is beautiful but it quite isolated, I expect more entertainment.

Beautiful view on the lake from the villas. Nice breakfast. Kayaking on the lake is great fun.

There isn’t enough hot water to fill the tub and have a hot bath.

Perfect location, in center of Phong Nha area, very close to main caves or national park, very friendly staff. We were alone in resort but without any impact on provided services from staff. Outstanding support from management of the resort, they helped us a lot with our program. Thanks to their recommendations we visited amazing caves and parks.

The new room were beautiful.

We booked a family room ending up having 1 room with 3 beds, they tried to tell us it was us making a mistake somehow! and insisting we didn't book a family room even if it was saying so on the booking. then my parent had to change room after 2 nights!

The resort is located by the lake, beautiful views from the bungalows. The staff were very nice and helpful. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel - an amazingly friendly and nice lady! The rooms were spacious and we had a balcony overlooking the lake. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were overall clean.

Breakfast was very limited, a bit more options would be a good idea.
