The resort exceeded our expectations in all aspects. It is beautifully decorated, but still adapted to natural growth, clean and spacious, very safe, in the local style, nothing kitschy, every detail had its purpose. The guests had a lot of private space. The food was great, lots of variety at breakfast, as well as dinner. Rooms are spacious, air conditioned. In fact, in this resort you can’t go wrong with choosing any room, because they are all great. But if you have the option, choose a beachfront bungalow. Thanks to the staff for making our holiday unforgettable. Hope to see you soon again. Tip for whole Zanzibar - If you have cash with you, make sure the banknotes are not older than 2006.

A bit pricy but you definitely get what you pay for, no regrets. If you look for tranquility, if you want to feel relaxed in every single matter, if you seek for maximum safety ensured by local Maasai guards this is your best choice. Sometimes it is a bit windy but it keeps you cool on the other hand.

There is only 1 restaurant in the neighborhood. If you come here to relax at the beach and have dinner in the resort than it’s perfect. But if you like going out, have different restaurants everyday than that is not a good location

The entire staff was very attentive and eager to please us. The honeymoon suite was very nice and we enjoyed our private pool. Beautiful views and the food was delicious.

Just outside the hotel property on the beach, the local vendors can be very pushy but it is understandable as times have been hard on all those affected by the decline in tourism in the world.
