So clean, so much good service and everyone on the resort is so nice, greattttt vacation hands down.

The location is great! Right on the beach, next to the pool, in close proximity to the ferry and dining. Nice view.

The condo was outdated. For the price it is listed at you would expect better linen, fresh towels, pull out beds/ furniture that weren’t stained, or perhaps a king size comforter for the king size bed. There was a strong mold smell upon arrival, but we left the windows open to air it out. Overall, the property would be considered dingy.

Great views, excellent location. We loved having breakfast on the patio. Cute place, comfy king bed.

It was over 80 degrees and humid in the unit when we arrived, A\C worked intermittently, ice maker continuously made ice which jammed the freezer on a daily basis, sofa beds were unacceptable to sleep on, lights were out on the patio, patio door was broken, owner offered us partial refund then never reached back out and we never saw a refund nor did we ever hear from the owner directly. Check in process was very redundant and unnecessarily complicated and also not up to date. Service was called by owner first night we never had resolution on our issues by the time we left. We have owned vacation rentals for 15 years and we are not perfect but we always, always work to make the renters happy.

First, booking.com actually emailed me to tell me they’re getting any money back for the horrific condition this condo was in was contingent upon me leaving a positive review. I can tell you that $150 is not worth it. The owner is not friendly, tried to have us kicked out even having our money. The condo was not clean - hair, glass, etc. Way to much to put on here. The condo we were given was not the one in the photos. Beware...

I like the beach, location, and the view of Caribbean sea. It is close to a grocery store. The room is very large, enough for a family with 4 people.

There is a strong smell of mold in my room, probably it is from the sofa. The arrival instruction contains 15 pages, some contents were repeated 2-3 times.
