lots of things were broken and it wasn’t very clean. don’t appreciate making my own bed when on holidays.

The only positive for the properly is the direct pool access.

Dated bathroom and kitchen, broken sofa bed, multiple broken shutters and cockroach infested. Paid for accommodation for 4 people and ended up cramped into the king bed with the kids as the sofa bed had a sign saying it was broken. Spoke to other guests that had no issues with booking made directly through the resort, however these owned separately are not maintained and serviced at all.

The room has direct access to the pool, which is the main selling point

The bed sheets and linens were not that clean and we had to use our own ones we brought with us.

Good location - right next to a small shopping centre with Woolworths, Coles, and Kmart. It was a decent view from the balcony, overlooking the pool and other rooms. It has tennis and a sauna, but you would need to bring your own tennis racquets. There were board games, which was fun - connect 4 and monopoly.

The shutter/blinds upstairs in the room seemed broken when we arrived. It could do with a little renovation inside, especially the bathroom. The bed also wasn't made, so it'd be best to ask for the bed to be made before arrival. Shampoo, toothpaste and tissues are not provided also, so we had to go to Woolworths to buy it. Room service is also not available for this room, which is an inconvenience if you need anything. The WIFI is also terrible, so be prepared to use 4G.

For once the actual room was just as good as the photos. I had read numerous reviews (after I paid) saying the place wasn't clean so I was a bit worried it would be not clean, however the place was very clean and nice.

2 cards would've been better, if we went out, no lights or air con until other person returned. Can't leave the card at unit or no gate entry.. Other than that it was great

Stayed at pacific blue before. But the place was kept well by oaks pacific blue. The management at winning holidays doesn't care and the shutters were broken where the bedroom is. So no privacy! And the kitchen wasn't working whatsoever..

This place was horrid. The kitchen was dirty. The couch was filthy (had sand all over it on a leather couch so it wasn't even dusted off) we are in the middle of covid and not even the house keeping was kept to a minimum standard. We had to do the vacuuming for godsake. The shutters upstairs and downstairs are broken and the pull-out couch got stuck for 2 days til someone could come and fix it and so we were living in an unlivable space.

Peaceful and relaxing.

The fact that I was told I would be refunded and nothing was done about it My room had a huge hole in roof Which leaked water all over my bed
