Wir waren für 10 Tage mit 13 Personen in dem Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind super zuvorkommend und super nett! Es gab sogar Gastgeschenke in Form von essen bei der Ankunft. Würde jederzeit sofort wieder dahin!

Wir haben 11 Tage mit einer befreundeten Familie hier verbracht. Die Finca war sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und hat einen tollen, großen Pool. Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Zu einem wunderschönen Strand (z.B. Cala Romantica) sind es ca. 10min mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nahegelegenen Stadt Manacor (Auto 5min) ausreichend vorhanden (Lidl, Aldi, Supermärkte etc.) Besonders möchte ich mich für den überaus freundlichen Kontakt mit der Vorort-Betreuung (Inma) bedanken. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Très belle piscine

Une très grande maison, très agréable pour un groupe d'amis: de vastes espaces intérieurs et extérieurs à proximité de très jolies plages. Un accueil de très bonne qualité, une très grande réactivité à la moindre difficulté. Nous avons passé un super séjour de 2 semaines.

Muy buena estancia; casa (y piscina) muy amplia, limpia y bien distribuida, paredes de "verdad" que aíslan del ruido, porche exterior increíble, cocina "algo justa", pero cumple. Si me permiten, sugiero 2 mejoras poco costosas: colocar un par de bombillas encima de la mesa del porche para pasar las agradables tardes/noches con buena luz, y, sobretodo, colocar una barandilla y puerta de acceso (anti-niños pequeños) en los pocos huecos libres de acceso a la piscina!

Wir haben mit 2 Familien ganze 2 Wochen in diesem hais gelebt. Für uns war alles perfekt; die Lage, die Infrastruktur, Einrichtung der Küche der Pool uns. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen!

Sehr schönes Haus, angenehme und problemlose Übergaben. Schöner, großer Pool. Komplett eingerichtet. Zusätzliche Kinderstühle und-Betten waren kein Problem.

Hallo, wir hatten wie immer eine gute und entspannte Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr geeignet für eine Freizeitgruppe. Es gibt viele Einzelbetten, es hat ausreichend Platz und die Küche und die Ausseneinrichtung ist für eine große Gruppe ausgelegt und ausgestattet. Die Vermietung vor Ort ist sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Wir hatten wie immer einen schönen Aufenthalt.

We stayed for 2 weeks in the villa and had a brilliant holiday. The villa is very spacious both inside and out and very clean. The pool was also a good size and there was outdoor space to play games which was perfect for the children. The villa is not far from many beautiful beaches and is near to Manacor, you definitely need a car, the road is fairly busy so cannot walk along it safely. Would highly recommend it!

Tolle Lage, schönes Haus, gute Ausstattung, sauber, freundliche Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin.

die finca "can bili" laesst kaum wuensche offen. bei der aussattung wurden tradizionelle sowie modere gestaltungen gut kombiniert. so findet jeder sein platz und das nicht nur zum schlafen. div. ruekzugsorte zum verweilen und relaxen wurden liebevoll gewaehlt . der pool laed den ganzen tag zum sonnenbaden ein. die finca liegt verkehrsguenstig, nur wenige kilometer von manacor als auch von den schoenen sandstraenden wie cala romantica oder cala vaeques enternt. fuer grosse familien und treffen mit freunden geeignet. die sauberkeit ist ueberdurchschnittlich gut. der service vom team der finca sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en Mallorca. Disponer de una casa con tan buenas condiciones y tan buen servicio de atención al cliente ha contribuido mucho a ello. Muchas gracias.

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool ist sehr großzügig und das Haus bietet mit drei Lounges für jeden ein ruhiges Plätzchen. Das Haus liegt einige Kilometer von Manacor entfernt, dh. ein Mietwagen ist zwingend erforderlich. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!

Sauber, schöner Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen. Freundliche Vermieterin. Pool ist leider nur über eine Treppe erreichbar und nicht ebenerdig. Das sieht man auf den Bildern nicht. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte besser sein. Lage ist top.

Das Haus liegt ruhig, von Feldern umgeben. Die drittgrößte Stadt Manacor ist sehr schnell zu erreichen.Schöne Strände sind in der Nähe und mit PKW schnell zu erreichen. Uns hat für unsere Großfamilie (12 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) gut gefallen, dass es sowohl draußen als auch drinnen jeweils einen großen Tisch für 14 Personen gab. Der große Pool erfreute alle. Das große Haus bietet genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.Es ist gepflegt und wird von Inma sehr gut betreut.

We had a very pleasant stay in this great house with 5 kids and 6 adults. The weather was not very hot. The house is very cool and probably very nice during a hot summer. But in may with chilly weather, the house was cold. The bedrooms and the beds are very good, the kitchen is complete and there is a lot of space inside and outside. Very nice and helpful people! We recommend this house for everyone who is looking for a cool house in a hot summer.

La casa en general está muy bien, buenas habitaciones, lavabos y baños bien (aunque dos de ellos no estaría demás actualizarlos un poco). Piscina muy limpia y exteriores muy bien, espacio y tranquilidad absoluta. Por la época del año (segunda quincena de agosto) se estaba muy fresco en la casa, cocina equipada, aunque falta un poquito de más limpieza en La Cocina. Barbacoa exterior muy bien y zona de porche y comer fuera perfecto, aunque mejor cenar ya que no te molestarán las avispas. Situación inmejorable para ver las calas de la zona sureste de la Isla (portocristo, portocolom, cala dor, cala mondrago) A 3 km del centro del Manacor, muy importante ya que has de ir a comprar y Manacor tiene de todo. En general la valoración es muy positiva, atención de Imma y Maribel excelentes.

Hemos disfrutado de la casa, muy adecuada para grupos que desean relajarse en un ambiente tranquilo y apacible. Buena atención por parte del personal de la empresa, que ha estado a nuestra disposición para resolver nuestras dudas o solicitudes. We stayed here for just over a week and it was everything we could have wished for. The property is extremely spacious, easily accommodating our group of 13. There are three lounge areas inside as well as the seating area outside, and the outside table was large enough for us all to eat together. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also large and airy and the kitchen is fully equipped with all you would need. The outside space was fantastic and the lack of neighbours meant total privacy and no need to worry about noise. The pool area was great and larger than we thought. The property was well cared for and the caretaker was on hand daily to sort out any problems. The owners were also very helpful before and during our stay. From the property were were within easy reach of many of the beautiful coves along the south coast but also able to access the north of the island in about 45 minutes. The airport is also only a 40 minute drive away. The town of Manacor is a 2 minute drive away and had a choice of supermarkets. This is a fantastic villa that accommodated 13 adults and provided us with a great base to explore Mallorca

Stayed for a week with the family including children and enjoyed every minute of it. Only downside was a week wasn't long enough. The villa was spacious and very clean and tidy. Kitchen was equipt with everything we needed plus more. Pool was lovely and views where amazing. Because of where the villa is situated there was no worries of being to disturbed or disturbing others. Martin the man who came to water the grass was very pleasant and always smiling. And always willing to help with anything. Highly recommended and will definitely be visiting again. Thank you.
