A good hotel in the Middle of Toulouse. Lot's of nice restaurants nearby.

We felt it was a comfortable 3 star hotel, but should not be claiming 4 star status. It feels a bit run down, even though fittings are often well up to date. Wardrobe area, bathrooom dark and gloomy, and loo tucked in a corner of the bathroom. Breakfast looked good but (as in so many hotels) room for eating it well-lit and not very welcoming.

It was very clean (except the carpet which, although might be clean, was full of uncleanble stains)

The room was very dark, with a small window to the emergency stairs, it is very old (except the bathroom maybe), the room is small and the carpet has signs of its very long life.

The location was perfect. The staff were amazing, particular Jamal (I think that's his name, he was there on our first and second night). Breakfast was good. The shower was excellent.

The carpets in our room on the 5th floor were filthy. I didn't want to take my shoes off and walk in bare feet! The room was small for the price even though it had a balcony, and the furniture was cheap and not functional. Overall i would describe the room as uncomfortable, made worse by the fact that there was no kettle and no easy way to get a hot drink at night or early morning. This made the overall experience stressful and unpleasant at times, especially after a late arrival from airport. The man on reception (Jamal?) was fantastic and helpful but the hot water was not hot when it reached the room. Its a small thing but a kettle and some sachets of tea and coffee would have made all the difference to our stay.

Not very clean, carpet is so old, that looks dirty. For that price, they could make more effort with the breakfast options. My bed lamps did not work.

I thought this was going to be quite trendy, but in fact it was rather traditional! The room was large, as was the bathroom. Breakfast downstairs contained a very ample buffet, worth paying the extra. The lift worked well. And it’s an odd shaped building that seems to give every room an ample view of the street. The price was competitive.

There was a minibar, which I ignored. I think the only coffee machine was down at reception. Quite a bit of noise late at night.

I like the location. I believe the old dirty carpets should either have a super deep clean or be removed and changed. As even though the room was clean it gives the aspect and sensation of a un-clean room.
