Clean, well furnished convenient apartment.
Tea facility was there but ,after day 1 we ran out of supplies and it was not topped up until we left. There is no daily house keeping as mentioned in the brief.
Parking space is struggle , it gets filled up before you know on street. Then nothing on full 2 roads and found a tricky spot and stayed worried until early morning moved my car.
Mattress was too uneven for us and did not like it.

The apartment was lovely and so close to the town centre. Lovely comfy bed too.

Location of the room was excellent, plenty of space for us to decamp and let our son play with his toys
not a dislike in anyway but more a little more storage space in the kitchen.

The apartment was in a good location within easy walking distance of the centre. All the facilities were good and everything was clean. We would happily stay there again.

The apartment was well set out, well equipped, clean and comfortable.
There was a faulty drainage system in the en suite. Not the fault of the owners, just one of those things. I thought a little more info in the welcome booklet would be helpful.

The whole visit was exactly what we expected and a wonderful experience.

Located in a great area for town. Parking was well organised. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.
Very squeaky bed! As in the headboard. Didn't find any pan lids. A vegetable preparation knife would be a good edition please.

The apartment was spacious and bright, the lounge was a great size. Very well located and a small patio garden was a treat. The main bedroom had a big comfy double bed and there was a bonus of a dish washer in the kitchen. To say the building was a number of separate apartments, it was very quiet.

Location was excellent, close to good bars, restaurants and shops. Very comfy bed and spacious rooms. Check in was easy and, when I asked, check in time was brought forward which was great!
A couple of dishwasher tablets or some washing up liquid would have been handy!! The shower was a bit under powered.

Excellent apartment, great facilities and in an excellent location. No issues from start to finish and the communication in regards to keys etc was fantastic.
Would definitely use the apartment again on a trip to Harrogate and would highly recommend.

The kitchen could of been cleaner.

Location and ease of parking
Wasn’t aware the bathroom was off the bedroom, which meant 1 of the party had to walk through to get there. Not ideal.
Also, a lot of stairs, which my disabled mum struggled with.
Both of these would be good to state on booking. I would say property really suits a couple.
