Está súper fácil de llegar al centro y estación de buses y metro el desayuno variado y todos fueron muy amables y acomedidos
Lo único malo es no tienen ascensor pero todo está perfecto si viajas con poco equipaje

Top location: In a quiet side street and at the same time, very central with very good metro connections. We walked to Rossio/centre several times, took about 10 minutes
Very friendly staff, always ready to help and answer any questions
Breakfast was also good, especially the freshly cooked pancakes every morning
I slept with earplugs, due to the sounds of opening and closing doors. However, otherwise not that noisy for a hostel, as there is a good separation between living and sleeping areas.

The hostel is conveniently located close to the metro station Pombal. There is a supermarket nearby. I stayed in a private room which I liked very much. My bed was really comfortable. The hostel has great atmosphere! One thing is sure: if I ever go to Lisbon again, I will stay in this hostel! The owner (manager?) is so kind. I appreciate that they organize events for guests in the evening.

The hostel is really clean. The facilities is quite new. The staff is friendly and helpful. They even have a free tapas in the evening for everyone.

For a hostel it was what you'd expect. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but all the facilities are there, albeit nothing special. Breakfast was nice, not extensive but a decent selection of options for the price. It is well located, it's very easy to get to the center.
The beds could be a bit more comfortable.

Very comfortable dorms, lots of bathrooms, the buffet breakfast was great, they even had free snacks in the evening, the common areas were very nice to hang around in, they also had some evening activities (though I could not attend them)

Had a wonderful stay. Staff was nice, accommodating, helpful and not rude. Rooms a little old but bed are comfortable with enough space. Surprisingly quiet with it being at the central area.

It's close to the city centre and metro station. Then, the entertainment and the breakfast, even the night snacks were amazing.
You need to buy the soap and rent the towel. That's only the problem that I met.

Very comfortable bed. Curtains around the bed and private sockets with light. Huge room. Very clean bathroom and toilet. Use of kitchen. Helpful staff.
Nothing, there's no lift but staff immediately stepped in to help. They take the job seriously and are extremely conscientious.

Nice location in walkimg distance to many highlights of Lisbon. Very nice staff. Eooms are big and have confortable beds. Its easy ro get in contact with other guests. Private bathrooms with shower.
You have to rent towls, shampoo and so on. Perhaps a few more bathrooms would have been nice

The personal is very welcoming and helpful. They succeed to create a very friendly mood in the hostel, which is quite pleasant especially when you are travelling alone. The bed was comfortable. To be recommanded.
