The customer service and the location
Sometimes the aircon wouldn't work properly, and it would feel hot but that could just be the room we was staying in. To overcome this i recommend not turning off the aircon when going out but to leave it on low speed so that your room stays cool when you return. Swithing it off may causes the Aircon to malfunction and not work properly when switching it back on.

The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere…but that may just be because there isn’t much in PP…

One of the reasons why we chose this hotel was because on the information page, it said they had sound proofing. However, we were still able to hear the neighbors clearly, especially when in the bathroom. They even responded to what we were saying. So that aspect does not match our expectations.
Also, the paid service for the airport shuttle was a bit expensive for our taste.

We have been just for one night. It's a lovely place to stay! The staff is very friendly and the hotel is nice and cute. Also the rooms are wonderful! Really lovely. Thank you for the nice stay!
