My daughter wa Ted to go a beach with clear water, so why not try Clearwater Beach FL! Hill,, we found the condo online and it was everything it looked to be on the listing. The beach was full of people and the water was incredibly warm! Lots of things to do, including putt putt, food, shopping and drinks! When we first arrived, the pool needed chemicals and the next day, it was Cleaned and prepped! Great timing. The property manager was great to work with and was very helpful. The facility was a great place to cook, including a small grill. It was a wonderful choice and very glad we made the decisions to stay here!

Awesome home, awesome host. We loved our morning coffee in the balcony. The home has everything you possibly need such as towels, wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, kids toys, pool toys, pack-n-play, plenty of sheets and pillows. Everything we needed in the kitchen such as cooking utensils, spices, flour, sugar, oil etc. I usually book Vrbo while traveling this was the most thought out home I have ever stayed at.

We had an amazing recent trip to Clearwater. The condo and amenities were outstanding! The kitchen was stocked with all the must haves and more! Pool was clean and warm. The walk to the beach was minutes allowing us to watch the sunset nightly.

Four of us were celebrating my brother’s 74th birthday and we enjoyed our stay very much. The three bedrooms, which each have their own bathroom, was perfect for our family. Very clean and well stocked.
We had issues with accessing March Madness on tv, and the owner came to the property and solved the problem. Much appreciated!

We've stayed in this building before but this was the first time in the unit. We had some minor issues with the unit but overall it was a great experience. Building is a little dated but fit our needs and the location can't be beat. Watched dolphins swimming in the water off our balcony and short walk to the beach. Owner is by the far the most responsive VRBO owner we've rented from (Miranda is great!). We'd rent from her again.

The three of us enjoyed the spacious condo, especially since the weather was on the cool and rainy side for much of the week. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner in a very well equipped kitchen. An evening soak in the hot tub was lovely. Communication with our host, Miranda, couldn't have been better. Minor glitches were taken care of pronto.

Second time staying at Sun West Palms Condo, first time in this particular unit.
Six of us including my infant grandson were in Clearwater for a wedding. Everything we needed was available in this unit including a pack & play as well as other baby items. All the rooms were spacious, clean & well-stocked with the appropriate staples needed for each. We were able to walk to several places close by including the beach. Most importantly the host, Miranda was very accommodating & was always prompt with responses to our questions! I would definitely stay here again!

First of all the information coming from Vrbo directly was extremely informative and helpful and I would use this site again. This particular property was perfect And exactly as described with the owner, Miranda, being very communicative, answering questions right away. Check in was easy.
The property was well kept, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. All appliances worked perfectly. The kitchen was fully stocked with any needed cooking/eating item. Included was all of the general bathroom amenities you would find it any good hotel and laundry amenities. There were plenty of towels for the condo and beach as well as items to use on the beach such as chairs. This property was really walking distance to anything in the Clearwater Beach area if you like to walk.

We had a great time in Clearwater. The condo was better than we expected. Very clean and had everything you could need. It was within walking distance to most of the things we wanted to do. This place is amazing. I cannot say enough great things about it. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and enjoying everything Clearwater has to offer. It has a great large balcony overlooking the inter coastal waterway with lots of table and chair seating for eating and relaxing. The kitchen, living areas, and bedrooms are huge and well furnished. It was all clean with nice furnishings. It has the most well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. I have never stayed in a rental that provided so much for the guests. There is everything you could need - dozens of bath towels, beach towels, rollaway beds, beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers, and on and on. If you could possibly need it, it is provided. You will not be disappointed in staying here. I look forward to coming again.

This location was a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, and a beach wagon available for use. The apartment has plenty of items in the kitchen for use. The beds were comfortable and the curtains worked well. Parking was easy in the garage. Traffic on the island was bad over Memorial Day weekend, but all other days was very easy. Internet service was good in the apartment. The pool was nice and the kids loved playing in it. Overall, great place and we would be happy to stay here again on future trips.

My family of 5 (2 teens and a 12 yr old) stayed here for spring break. The condo is huge, clean and stocked with anything one could need! The views of the water are great as well. We used the pool/hot tub and we were often the only ones there. The walk to the beach is easy and only a few minutes long. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to Clearwater.

We had a wonderful stay in March 2023 at this beautiful condo. The condo had everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of linens, fluffy bath towels and beach towels. We saw dolphins and a manatee while relaxing on the deck.
Check in process was easy and communication with Miranda was very easy.
The location is great! Very close to walk to the beach and many restaurants.
Two side notes - currently there is construction of a large hotel and you do need to walk through a small walkway next to the construction. It was not very well lit at night. Also, get to the beach early if you have your own chairs and umbrella. The cabana's set up to rent take up most of the beach.

The condo was larger than expected. The furniture and appointments were first class, like a 5 star hotel. Kitchen equipped with top of the line appliances and great for entertaining. Quiet and plenty of patio space for a large group. Beds very comfortable and tv in all rooms. Spotless and all furniture very comfortable.

Place is great. Walking distance to everything Clearwater has to offer. 3 bedrooms with nice spacing between for privacy and each bedroom has its own bathroom which is key. Great room/kitchen/outdoor deck is open design-nicely decorated-allowing to relax with plenty of space. Nicely decorated and everything you need for cooking every meal--even had skillet for making pancakes👍. Dishwasher and washer machines are excellent. We had 2 adults and 3 kids 15,18,19 prepared most meals at the house, so everything you need is there, just stop at Publix on the way before you get on Clearwater Island(yes Clearwater is an island). 1 reserved parking spot and 1 general parking spot for this unit is important, parking is $20-30/day in Clearwater, so these covered spots are great-and so are the little wheeled carts that fit in the elavator to take groceries etc up to the room(when teenagers disappear🤣). Pool is convenient and so was the hot tub on property. Beach is 2 blocks, restaurants are everywhere, Pier 60 on beach is very short walk. We walked to jets ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, etc.We barely used the car except for the 30 minute run to Tampa Airport.
New Year’s Eve(and I’d assume 4th of July) firworks were great from our front 2nd floor deck!!
This was a great VRBO. We have been using VRBO since 2019 and Miranda was easy to commicate with and directions on keyed entry both elevator and front door were a breeze(No keys💪)

We were very pleased with this condo and its location. The amenities were fantastic, and we appreciated access to a beach wagon, umbrellas, chairs and towels. For each room to have its own bathroom was definitely a plus for our group. I would definitely choose this condo again if in the Clearwater Beach area.

Wow is probably the best way to sum up this location! Great view of inlet and could fish right from where we were staying. The house literally had everything you could think you might need and then some especially when it came to kitchen and beach supplies -- like we were crazy impressed and kind of kicking ourselves for packing so much stuff! The hostess was very responsive and accommodating even to us being able to check in early due to flight times, which was fantastic because we didn't have to travel with luggage in the car in the heat for several hours. This was probably one of favorite VRBO stays!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. It's a short distance to the beach, great restaurants within walking distance, the condo is absolutely beautiful, clean, met all our expectations, a locker full of beach necessities, accommodated our entire family with plenty of room to spare. Reserved parking space and a great on property pool. This property has everything you need to make your stay in Clearwater a memorable experience.
The owner was very communicative with all aspects of renting the condo. Communicated all access codes and very easy check in and check out.

Location is great, short 2 blocks to beach. Walking distance to restaurants etc. Plenty of room for my family and parents. Kids enjoyed the pool, sand toys on the beach, and even fishing in the bay. Will definitely be looking to rent again!
