One of the rooms had garden view. We were able to get heaters in the room when we asked and paid extra. It was cheap.

One room had no windows at all. The location is not very convenient, and we did not feel safe in the area after dark. But we did not like Puno very much, so maybe that is part of it…

Very nice staff, good breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. Location is a bit further from the city center, but not a big issue.

I was sick during the stay and especially the lady helped me very well with getting everything I needed.

My room had a small table, which I needed to work on my laptop. Wi-Fi was the fastest (and possibly the most stable) I had in Peru, period. Possibly because we were the only ones there (it was the off season), I believe the employee (or owner?) upgraded my travel partner to a better room at no extra charge. I forget whether the kitchen is open to guest use, but the hotel is just a few blocks away from the supermarket if you want to prepare your own food. Water was hot, not just warm! Would definitely stay again.

The decor in the lobby/dining area was rather eccentric, and the furnishings in my room were pretty dated. All in all not much to complain about for a budget hotel

Clean place it seems

Everything quite average. How ppl mention the good breakfast is beyond me. Its as basic as it gets. But im happy i got a breakfast at least. Just had to present my booking confirmation for it as first i was told usually the 4bed dorm is without breakfast. The whole impression of my stay was: The owner was already in new years eve vacation mode. Reason enough to ask me to leave at 9 next day. Pretty much everything seemed unpleasant to him. Just not listening TV in the lobby, so loud that it wasnt an easy sleep for me. Cold shower... Stay for a night if u need but there are better options no question
