The breakfast was good.

The bed was a bit too small.

Environment was very conducive

The toilet was not working properly making noise especially after flushing. It takes time to stop making that noise. Imagine that noise midnight

will need to revamp over time as carpets have the smell that this hotel used to allow inroom/hotel smoking.

The staff is very friendly and helpful with all requests. The room was comfortable and the pillows were fantastic.

System issues prevented one from getting a room card, so you could not move around freely you had to go to reception and back to your room with security. Buffet Dinner the food looked very bland. Breakfast was not to bad, I will maybe look at some variety from a pastry perspective.

The bedroom was quiet run down and old fashioned. The double bed was very small. Was waiting almost 50minutes for a burger in their Irish bar.

Strong WiFi Really helpful shuttle drivers and concierge

Old and dated. Carpets don't look like they've been cleaned in a long time. Really old windows, not great during the SA winter. International plug and zero USB ports worked so I had to take the shuttle all the way back to the airport and buy a different adapter, then come all the way back again. Took 1.5 hrs of time. Just a hassle I really didn't need after a long journey. I've paid the same amount of money to stay in a Radisson in a capital city.

The showers are terrible, and for a big company like Garden Court close to the airport, it really needs an upgrade. It has left a sour taste for us, and we certainly won't use them again.

Bottled wateri in the room. I booked a 2 night stay from the 20th to 22nd May. I arrived on the 21st May at approx 7:30 am. I was hungry so offloaded my bags in the room then headed to the restaurant for breakfast The following morning 22nd May I had breakfast then went to reception to ask for a late checkout for 3pm as my flight was leaving at 7pm. She gave me till 1:30 pm which I found strange as the hotel didn't appear busy. Anyway I went down and checked out at 1:30 only to be told I had to pay for one breakfast as I arrived the morning of the 21st and had breakfast as well as I had one on the 22nd. I said I booked for 2 nights from the 20th to 22nd May and even though I arrived on the 21st I am entitled to 2 breakfasts. The receptionist was adamant I had to pay and tried to explain that I don't and won't be paying. Another receptionist was at the desk and she intervened and said I don't have to pay because it was a package. The other Receptionist said OK you don't have to pay but offered no apology. I didn't get her name but to describe her she is abit round in shape, African and in her early 40's Another incident was on the 9th April 23 my husband arrived at 10 pm at the hotel using the shuttleThe receptionist somewhat rebuked him by saying he had to notify the hotel of his late arrival and had to book the shuttle. Your hotel operates a 24hr shuttle so I have been told by one of your drivers and no booking of a shuttle is required. Also it is embarrassing that your staff can't even get it right with bookings wanting to overcharge and being persistent. My husband and I have stayed there several times and enjoyed it but when the face of your company messes up it leaves only for business to be taken elsewhere. I am seriously considering never staying at Garden Court Or Tambo anymore and sharing my experience with other people who I recommended staying there in the future.

No bottle water in the room or even in the vending machine down stairs.
