لايوجد عوازل في الفندق ازعاج بشكل كبير لا يوجد مطعم لايوجد فندق ينقل للحرم لاتوجد مواقف للسيارات الغرف صغيرة جدا

There was air conditioning

Pretty much everything. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind the reviews I saw before booking were fake. The staff were OK I guess but the rooms we stayed in were terrible. Almost all the equipment was falling apart, the toilet was always flooded with water and we were given no towels. A basic requirement is towels and upon asking staff for a towel I was told I had to pay for it. Even when I agreed to pay I was told they didn't have any left. The corner shops and supermarkets, people are not civilised. They will push into you, cut in front of the lines and cabs will try to rip you off. If anybody reading this wants my advise, make sure you have alot of money on you because if your on a budget, getting around in that heat will be very difficult.

Reception

The receptionist on the PM shift was nice. He loves children. I liked the design of the room. Small but comfortable. The hotel, the bed and the towels are clean. Parking is safe and spacious. Because we liked the place we stayed for 3 days.

The window is not safe for children so don't let them play near it. The TV is no longer working properly. Some electric outlets are not functional.
