El personal intachable, la comida del restaurante buena y buffet completo.

¿Por dónde empiezo? A la llegada nos comentaron si queríamos copa de bienvenida. Nos dijeron que la tendríamos en el bar. Después de dejar las maletas en la habitación fuimos al bar de la piscina. Allí no tenían nada de bienvenida, tardaron más de diez minutos en tomar nota de las bebidas y cinco en traerlas. Tras otros 5 minutos con ellas nos traen la carta, y otros diez en tomar la nota de lo que queremos. Ya va media hora con lo que digo, tras otros 45 minutos (leen bien) traen los platos principales, fríos y sin entrantes. Traen los entrantes a los 5 minutos (unos nachos con un plastón de mayonesa encima y toda la carne casi congelada). La cena fue en un salón cerrado sin aire acondicionado y ruidoso. La reberberación del sonido hace que tengas que levantar la voz. El camarero marroquí, por otro lado es un FUERA DE SERIE y un MAESTRO. Lo contrataría si tuviera yo un restaurante. Momento dormir, la cama fue comprobada por mi novia y....tenía MANCHAS DE SANGRE. Y no estamos haciendo ninguna trampa, hablo de la primera noche, cama sin usar y mi novia está embarazada. Voy a recepción a pedir que me solucione el asunto porque eso es inadmisible y me dan un juego de sábanas porque nadie puede hacerse cargo del asunto por la noche (las fundas de almohadas tuve que pedirlas también porque no me las dieron en un principio. No sé qué piensan). Total, a la 1 de la mañana haciendo yo una cama quitando sábanas manchadas de regla y, cuando voy a hacerla, lo que me habían dado son tres fundas de nórdico. Ni siquiera era el juego completo. Una de cal y tres de arena. Definitivamente el personal es lo mejor que tienen, pero ciertas cosas hacen que ni por asomo repitas experiencia. Definitivamente hay experiencias mejores por algo más de 500€ la noche (tuve la suite con piscina y todo incluido). De poco sirve esto, contestarán con un mensaje de copia y pega.

It was very clean but cleaning the floor inbetween the days would have been nice as sometimes stuff fell on the floor that had to be cleaned. But overall cleaning service was very good and friendly

Pula Suites is far from the madding crowds, it is a quiet, small resort in the countryside with an exclusive feel to it. The frontline staff were really excellent; in particular the head waiter, Hans, who is extremely kind and attentive, Nati, who makes a great sangría and a fab nonalcoholic mojito and is very cheerful and friendly, Giovanni who gives great advice about the menu, Pep at the pool cafe is a real pro and Antonio welcomed us warmly on reception and saw that we had supper at the bar even though we arrived very late at night. They all work really hard, long hours and put in a big effort with a big smile.

The menu in the evenings was a bit hit and miss but Giovanni gives good advice! The pool area got a little busy towards the end of our stay, but the spa pool is always empty…

There is nothing wrong

We stayed in a Three Level Suite and it was amazing.. Great Air Conditioning Unit as well, as was very hot when we visited. Up to 36/37 Degrees.. Food was amazing as was the Staff (Friendly and Professional).. The S'Oronella Restaurant is very good, but as we were on the Inclusive Package we only used it the once, as its extra.. The food in the rest of the complex is very good anyway, so I think its worth doing one night for sure even if on the Inclusive Package.

The Bar Area could do with some Air Conditioning to make it more appealing in the evening maybe after a meal. As its very hot in July.. It can be a little too quiet at times for myself, as I like to socialise, but thats a personal thing really...

Friendliness of staff, very good food and nice and comfortable rooms. Very welcoming for families.

staff are exceptional hosts. ammenities, whilst slightly tired are excellent. the dining experience was exceptional.

only comment would be to add a ‘V’ notation next to vegetarian dishes on the menu.
