The location was convenient because we were visiting family in Ledbury.

Really great value property, well equipt and comfortable and close to the town. Ample parking and the hist is very friendly.
I visited with a friend who found the walk to and from town difficult. it is just over a mile from the accommodation to the town centre.

the location was good, just a short drive into Ledbury and surrounding areas.
The interior was very old and dated.
The exterior areas, garden etc needed some tlc and tidying, weeding etc. It was quite shabby.

The host was ready with the key when we arrived and welcomed us pleasantly. We were able to park directly outside the property, which would be a real boost for anyone with children &/or lots of luggage. The appartment was clean and well-lit with coffee & tea facilities provided. This is obviously a self-catering let, but as we were visiting family nearby we didn't use any of the cooking facilities - I therefore can't comment on those. It all looked perfectly adequate for a family stay though. I noticed a number of books and games available. The location, just outside of town on the main road, is great - easy to find and easy access.
The shower needs an upgrade, it was quite weak. We found at least one chipped cup in the kitchen. No quibbles apart from that but as I mentioned above we did not use the catering facilities.

Comfortable, clean, well equipped apartment in a good location on the outskirts of Ledbury. 5 minute drive/20 minute walk into the town centre with its plentiful shops, cafes and places of historic interest. Very helpful, welcoming hosts. Nice to have a couple of days in a relaxing, homely environment during a busy week's traveling.

The place was good value for money and the staff were lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the cleanliness was of high standard. we will definitely stay again.

The location was easy to find for us and taxis. We were welcomed and it was clean and comfortable.
Bed linen was fine for 1 or 2 nights.

The location was nice with outdoor area and outdoor seating and child friendly. The kitchen was well eqipped. We had a lot of space and privacy.
We booked a cot and a folding bed for a child. these were inthe room but had no beddings for. When we realised the situation it was passed 10pm and we didn't feel we could contact the owenrs.
We booked two rooms with double beds. We received one room with a double bed and the other room with a twin bed.
I spoke to the owner, Paul, in the morning about the situations. He was dismissive and unintersted and told me I should have contacted him despite the late hour to request the bedding for the children's beds. I find it hard to comprehend as Paul knew we will be coming with two children. He knew there is no beddings for the shildren's beds. He didn't check when we came in to collect the key. Not only were the children's beds not made on arrival, there was no beddings for us to make the beds and in the morning Paul behaved as if it was my fault. Paul's reply re- two double beds, was that we could push together the two single beds he provided. This is very poor customer service and a bad experience for me. I would not be able to recommend this place.

Nice accommodation in terms of space and facilities - plus the welcome bottle of wine was a nice gesture
The accommodation was ground floor, and any movement by the occupiers of the rooms above are very noisy. There is clearly no insulation in the ceiling/floor. Unfortunately this was made all the more worse at it seems a family with young children live upstairs and their running about was very noisy for us below, and far from the relaxing experience we wanted after an emotional funeral.
