El hotel está bien situado, su relación calidad-precio es buena y el personal tanto de recepción como en restaurante o piscina fueron muy correctos y te facilitaban cualquier cosa o duda que tuvieras.

Creo que todo estuvo acorde al precio.

Everything was very clean and the service was great

We spent 2 weeks in this hotel with 2 kids. Breakfast and dinner were very good - selection of food was excellent and food was delicious. You can eat indoors or on terace near the pool with great view on Teide. The waiting staff, bar and cleaning staff were nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is near a small mall with a supermarket and apartment area with car rentals. The hotel provides sunbathing chairs with no additional cost.

The bar staff were very friendly but they did not clean lobby area to remove empty glasses in the evening. You can see work done on hotel area evary day, would be suitable for some renovation but still good value for money. Limited number of parking spaces, so if you are out of the hotel till the evening, you will have to look for the parking space in neraby streets.

Beautiful view from the balcony, rich breakfast and dinner - everyone can choose, I appreciate lactose-free milk and yogurt, nice staff, refreshing pool with sunbeds.

Really few parking spaces for such a big hotel - otherwise, you can park on the streets of the city. The almost daily smell of marijuana, is hard to say where it comes from...

whole stay was very comfoetable until the point when two buses with children arrived (boys age around 7-15), since than the corridors and the pool area were very noisy

My husband thoroughly enjoyed his breakfasts. I however struggled, I am lactose intolerant and apart from the yogurt and milk nothing else that may have contained lactose was labelled. Therefore I was stuck with eggs or fruit.

The noise from the street was disturbing late at night. The people in the room below us were smoking on the balcony and the came into our room. I understand that neither of these annoyances are to do will the hotel.

The hotel is tranquil and plenty of space around the pool area. The bar and waiting staff were very friendly. The cleaning staff were also pleasant and helpful. The food was plentiful and nicely prepared. Every evening there were grill items e.g. salmon, sea bass and steak that were cooked to order at no additional cost. The hotel had a cool breezy atmosphere. You could eat indoors or outdoors and the hotel has fabulous views of tiede…if the cloud doesn’t hide it! The rooms are spacious and very clean.

The pool/restaurant area bar closed at 6. There was a lounge bar upstairs (sometimes with live music) but we would have preferred to have the bar downstairs opened in the evening as we didn’t want to sit inside. We could, however buy coffee and drinks upstairs then carry them ourselves downstairs …and outside! The choice of lunch items for those not on full board or all inclusive was limited to toasted sandwiches.

Breakfast wasn’t great on a hotel rated 4 stars. Old building also in general, and very loudly closing doors on the rooms. The staff wasn’t too welcoming or nice either.

processes are terrible…. card not worked the maintenance guy was not notified about the issue correctly, the reception guy was terrible… no room service… the hotel has 7 floors with dozens of rooms, but only have several parking spots…

The food was bad

Amazing staff and great location. Awesome views and close to everything. Breakfast was great, with lots of options and dinner was quite nice as well. The showers were awesome and the internet connection was very good.

Beds could be a little more comfortable.

The food is fabulous. Varied, tasty and plentiful.

The pool is not heated and so the water is too cold.

Refurbished room was clean and at a nice level (4) Food was excellent as usual, with a varied choice. All members of staff were very efficient and helpful.

Only problem with Atlantic El Tope is getting back up the hill, but taxis are relatively cheap.

Our first visit to Tenerife, really liked this part of the island, hotel excellent, food exceptional and lots of choice
