the condo/flat is very well maintained, the owner is helpful and so is his assistant. the cafe at East tower and the rooftop deck. But (read below)

1)Security at the entrance are “rude” and unfriendly. We really didn’t know the procedure here as it’s my first time at this place even if it’s near to my place. One of the guards even threatened us as we were not aware of the entry procedure to the carpark. I was really pissed coz he was scolding us like fools. I had to put him in his place and remind him that he shouldn’t be that rude to us. The next day, though our family car has been registered they still keep asking for verification when it was verified the night before and we’re just about to load our luggages. They need to train their security with manners and right conduct. I believe there are many balikbayans coming here, but, seems like they’re friendlier with foreigners (from other countries). 2) I booked this place in the hopes of meeting some friends for a bit of a chat. It was sooo hard to communicate with the staff of this property when the rooftop deck is simply open and accessible. in the end, I wasn’t able to meet friends here at all due to inefficiency of this property. I have had no problems with other properties I’ve booked over the years for either guests visiting me or family dropping by. Far too many rules, and far too inefficient. Very disappointing place.

- That it's like it was a secret that the apartment was for vacation rental - There was a buzzing/vibrating sound all day and louder during nighttime. It seems like it's coming from the building somewhere and can be loudly heard most especially in the bedroom with ensuite bathroom. We had difficulty sleeping as the sound was really disturbing/bothersome - Pool usage not allowed or restricted with timeslots provided only on short notice (and not inline with the schedules requested in advance) - The way to the parking (at the back) seems like a dangerous area - Toilet flushes loudly (in both bathrooms) and the sound takes a while to stop - Bed height is Japanese style (at the floor) which can make it difficult for some (especially those with leg/knee problems)

The location is great,.the roof deck has a fantastic view.the unit has 2 balcony,2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, 3 huge TV,fast wifi connection. Definitely will give you a very relax vacation.kitchen is equipped with utensils and appliances.free parking space for 2.the owner is nice and accomodating. Value for money.

The property is situated near the Ortigas CBD, inside is like a haven away from the noisy city streets. all works well, it was clean and spacious. We enjoyed everything! The most important thing was Ivo and Robbie are by far the most accommodating hosts I got to interact with, they went the extra mile to make sure our stay will be one for the books and it was!
