This condo was lovely, it had everything we needed, the location was walking distance to many of the attractions we visited, and it was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and screened porch, as well as the fun decorations. The kids loved the big Roku tv. We hope to stay here again on our next Helen vacation!

We loved staying at your townhouse. It’s so beautifully decorated, clean and close to everything we love. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a great place to stay in Helen! This is our second time staying there and plan on staying again next summer :-)

Great condo right by river for tubing and water park! Two balconies one for hot tub and grill and the other off upstairs master bedroom for morning coffee and enjoying the river! Great location and loved our stay! Not long enough!

We visit Helen every year during the same week and after discovering this wonderful property last year we decided we would not find anything better than this beautiful spot so we returned for a second time this year! Perfect location, wonderful amenities very clean and you can’t beat the views of the river from both of the balconies :-) We love Regal on the River!

I cannot give enough praise to Regal on the River! My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and had the best time! It was so peaceful and had everything we needed at our fingertips! The accommodations were immaculate! Such a fine place to stay! Communication with the property manager was excellent. We would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Helen. Our place was decorated for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. The condo had everything you could need. Perfect location for the Christmas lighting. We walked to everything even with a 5 year old. Would definitely stay here again. We now want to explore Helen in the summer months.

This property is clean, well stocked and very nice. It was decorated for Halloween and there was even a Halloween gift from owner. Beautiful area right next to river. It was exactly as described in listing.

This is a great property. The rooms were very clean and adorably decorated. My husband and I stayed with another couple and attended the Oktoberfest celebration. We were easily able to walk to town to enjoy the festivities. The beds were cozy and the hot tub was a nice touch. The space was not crowded. If I come back to Helen, I'll stay here. :)

Such a great property, lots of thoughtful amenities, very clean, fantastic communication. Bring right on the water was so wonderful and I never heard and neighbors (this was my only concern with not booking a cabin like we usually do) this place must be well built because no noise issues. Also beds were soooo comfy!

We came to see the hot air balloons and float the river we were able to do all that we wanted to do because the place we stayed at was in walking distance to everything which was very nice. The condo was very clean and so cozy.

Our family stayed at this property Spring 2023. I have 2 teenagers and a toddler. It is great to have easy access to the river and local restaurants. About a 10-15minute walk from main st Helen. It rained while we were there and having a cover carport was nice! Only thing I was worried about was my toddler playing around a glass living room table with pointy conners. Townhome was nicely decorated but I had to extra careful with my toddler so she wouldn't accidentally damage fragile decor she had easy access to. We found the tile on the shower floors to be very slippery . Otherwise, very clean, smelled great, comfy beds, kitchen well stocked and host was great! She went the extra mile to make sure our check in and out was a smooth & pleasant process. Our family would love to stay here again.
