Modern beach apartment / near airport
Notre appartement a un design de plage moderne. Il s'agit d'un studio d'efficacité, comprend tous les éléments essentiels de la cuisine, les serviettes, le sèche-cheveux et plus encore. Meublé avec un lit king size et dispose également d'un canapé-lit futon. Notre appartement est à 5 minutes de l'aéroport, à côté des hôtels 5 étoiles, sur l'avenue principale d'Isla Verde et à quelques pas de la plage. Il est parfait pour le vacancier ou le voyageur d'affaires.
Notre appartement est au centre de l'avenue Isla Verde à Puerto Rico. Il offre un balcon complet avec table et deux chaises avec une vue partielle sur l'océan. Nous fournissons pour vous des serviettes de plage et de bain pour une literie propre, vaisselle, verres, casseroles, poêles, ustensiles, cuisinière, réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, gel douche, shampoing, sèche-cheveux. Il y a un climatiseur inverseur. Le lit king size peut accueillir confortablement 2 personnes et un futon en peluche est disponible. Il y a aussi une TV ROKU de 50 ", le câble et le WIFI gratuit. Nous proposons des séjours de location à court ou long terme.
Une piscine est disponible pour les clients et les résidences. À la piscine, il y a un espace avec des tables, des bancs et des barbecues. Une laverie est disponible sur place (à pièces). Une place de parking, sur la base du premier arrivé. Le complexe dispose également d'un gardien de sécurité 24 heures sur place.
Il y a une piscine disponible pour tous les invités et les résidences à utiliser. La piscine ferme à 21h00. À la piscine, il y a un espace avec des tables, des bancs et des barbecues pour votre plaisir.
Une buanderie est disponible sur place (à pièces) (nous ne fournissons pas de pièces de monnaie, de savon ou d'autres produits de nettoyage pour le linge).
Une place de parking pour l'appartement, sur la base du premier arrivé. Vous devrez avoir l'autocollant de stationnement et le signal sonore, que nous vous fournirons sur préavis que vous utiliserez une voiture.
Le complexe dispose également d'un gardien de sécurité 24 heures sur place.
Chaque appartement du complexe appartient individuellement. Nous ne sommes pas responsables ou contrôlons les perturbations provenant d'autres appartements ou de l'extérieur. Il y a une limite de temps définie pour tout propriétaire qui peut avoir des perturbations du bruit de la construction, c'est de 8h00 à 16h30 du lundi au vendredi, pas de jours fériés.
L'aéroport SJU est à 5 minutes. Old San Juan est à environ 15 minutes en voiture. Le long de l'avenue Isla Verde, vous trouverez une variété de restaurants locaux ainsi que vos restaurants de restauration rapide typiques. Il y a aussi Walgreens et CVS à proximité. Épicerie Pueblo est à 5 minutes à pied du condo. La plage est à environ 5 minutes à pied. L'appartement est également juste à côté de l'hôtel San Juan et de l'Intercontinental.
Il y a toujours des services de taxi disponibles à tout moment. Le bus s'arrête de haut en bas sur l'avenue Isla Verde.
Uber est également disponible et recommandé.
Des services de location de voitures sont également disponibles.

It is an awesome place with a pool and close enough to walk to the beach. I loved it.

The apartment is well furnished, with fully stocked kitchen and all the essentials a family of four may need. The location is just perfect within walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and great restaurants! The host is extremely responsive and accommodated our earlier arrival. We enjoyed the stay! Thank you, Juan, very much!

I loved the apartment but i did not enjoy not having running water for half of one of the days i was there. The property manager kept in touch which i appreciated.

It was a pleasure for us to use your apartment for our vacation in Puerto Rico. We thank the owners for providing everything we needed during our stay (more beach towels...etc.) The apartment is stylishly decorated and clean.
The pool was warm and clean and the surrounding areas well maintained. The reception of the information about the accommodation was timely and sufficient.

We enjoyed our stay! It was close to the beach, restaurants & airport which made it very convenient. The pool was never busy & was very refreshing! The outside of the complex wasn’t the best, as it looks like it needs updated but this is no fault of the condo owner! The condo itself was very clean & cute, just as pictured! Great communication with the owner & we were even able to checkin 2 hours early!

Everything was as listed according to the profile but we had an issue with water not being hot due to a power outage. What took a few days to resolve should have only taken one day but we were without hot water for first few days of our stay.

The apartment is cheerfully decorated. Large comfortable bed and lots of pillows. Shower head very good (water does not get very hot though). Has refrigerator, two burner stove and microwave. Roku TV worked well.
Nice balcony (5th floor). Very secure building. Great neighborhood with beach and hotel entertainment nearby. Owner communicated well and answered questions quickly.

Great time, clean and well kept. Comfortable bed and easy access to beach. Uber was able to pick me up from this location easily and get us to destinations in San Juan quickly! I recommend staying!!

We enjoyed our stay here! Walking distance to many restaurants and shops, clean beaches, felt safe and was a short drive to Old San Juan! The pool was so much fun and all of the people we meet at the condo were so nice and helpful. The host had great communication and provided recommendations and quick responses to any questions we had! We would stay here again!

We had a great time staying at the property. The apartment was clean and appeared just like the pictures. Juan the owner, responded to all my messages immediately and was gracious. He even accommodated an early check in and late check out giving us more time in the area. The location was great, near everything we needed. We walked to the beach everyday which was a few blocks walk and my daughter enjoyed the pool everyday. We ate a great breakfast at sobao across the street and enjoyed dinner at lupis restaurant right downstairs from the apartment. We had a short stay and didn’t want to leave. We would definitely return again.

This cozy and neat apartment was wonderful. Strategic location near to 5 stars hotels and restaurants. Also very close to the airport and main routes to explore the island. We enjoyed the atmosphere in the apartment, enjoyed a nice cup of coffee in the balcony area where you can glimpse the beautiful beach. No issues with water or electricity. Comfortable bed and the full kitchen was a plus. Juan was very helpful and answered the messages very fast. The personal at the building was respectful and helpful. Not disappointed at all. We definitely stay again. Highly recommend 👌. Thanks Juan we enjoyed it.

The location to airport, beaches, shopping, restaurants etc. was excellent. The room was perfect. Bed was comfy cute balcony too.
Then hurricane Fiona hit. We luckily had battery operated lanterns for light source. The owner was checking in on us daily (via messages) and keeping up update on everything. We made the best of a bad situation but it had nothing to do with the condo. Others in condo were super nice and helpful. In the mist of a hurricane we were safe and comfy in our room.
Once power was restored having the Kitchenette helping with saving some money after having to eat out constantly. I would have no problems staying here again and look forward to booking with Juan again,

Juan’s apartment it’s well located, close to restaurants, 15min to Old San Juan. The beach is near to the apartment 5 min walking, and beaches are so beautiful. Thanks Juan. 😇😍

Beautiful & Cozy!!!
This apartment did not disappoint! It was beautifully decorated with all the amenities making it very comfortable and cozy. The owner was readily available and quickly responded to our questions. The beach, restaurants, and grocery stores are in walking distance and renting a car allowed us to explore PR at our leisure. Had a great vacation and will definitely return!

The apartment is in a great location! Walking distance to local pharmacy and places to eat and the beach. Very secure. Next to very good hotels that offer casino , live music. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property. We made the best of the circumstances which were out of the renter's control. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the power outage in Puerto Rico. I would definitely rent with him again as well as recommend to others.

This Place Delivered
This apt. was exactly as described. Clean and close to the beach and anything else we needed. We walked to dinner, the beach, stores, etc. Minor inconvenience was the building water which was turned off twice during our stay with no heads up. We were short some towels, but messaged Juan who responded within minutes. BOOK THIS PLACE!! I know I will again.

Perfect Location
This property looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and necessities were supplied if needed. The balcony was great for enjoying the warm breeze and viewing the sea in the distance. Not a full beach view, but that was fine with me.
Juan was very responsive with all of my questions before and during my stay. He was able to accommodate an early check-in and an hour late check out. Check in was easy and the directions were clear. Location is close to many restaurants, stores, the beach, and the supermarket...all in walking distance. This was a solo trip and there was more than enough space for me.
My only complaint was there was construction accross the street at the casino. And my last 2 days, there was construction going on in an apartment acrossed from this one and the noise woke me up. Of course there is no way to control that but it was annoying.
Overall, wonderful stay! I would definitely stay here again if it's available when I come back to Puerto Rico.

This was such a quaint little place. Description was 100% accurate, loved the location close to the grocery store, eateries, and the ocean. Do you yourself a favor, rent a car and go east… Absolutely beautiful! Enterprise across the street had great deals and convenient.
