We went to Spokane for a bike ride and this house was a great place to stay. It was very clean, beds we’re comfortable and it was walking distance to restaurants. We won’t do that bike ride again but I would definitely stay in this house again!!

Very convenient location and clean house!

This home has everything you need on a family vacation! It's cozy and roomy at the same time. You have everything you need just around the corner. And anything else can be found no more than 10 mins away. My family of 8 likes to cook and this kitchen came equiped with everything you need and plenty of room for all of us to eat together. The Keurig was a big hit with the morning coffee rush lol. Can't wait to visit again!

This is a great house and location. We enjoyed walking to a number of the local businesses. It was very clean and there was plenty of room for the five of us. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our time here! Felt right at home the moment we unpacked. Gracious and attentive host. The place was clean! The showers had good pressure (that’s important). Only good things to say about our Easter visit there.

This was a cute place to stay and conveniently located to everything we needed. We were in town for a family event and space at my parents was limited. This was a great place which had plenty of room and beds for 2 families. The kids enjoyed the upstairs as a place to get away and hang out. Would definitely come back!

Family really enjoyed staying here. Kitchen was great for cooking!. Well stocked with cleaning supplies and kitchen amenities. Nice neighborhood. Walking distance from the Garland District's shops, bars and restaurants! Highly recommended!

Kitchen well stocked. Lots of comfortable beds. Good water pressure in shower. Comfy couch for snuggling with the family in the evening.

We stayed for two nights and were very comfortable. Exactly as described.

When we first got to the property, we were a little scared. The lawn was full of dandelions, there was a junky trunk next door, the sliding patio door did not lock, the screen door was full of holes. The house was pretty clean and well stocked. The dishes had an odor to them so I cleaned the dishwasher filter, did a load of dishes and then they smelled fine. The microwave was dirty and I cleaned that. After that we had a marvelous time. The neighborhood was quiet and the next door neighbor with the old hot rods on his lawn was very friendly. After the lawn was mowed on Saturday it looked better.

House was great. Manager was very responsive to communication. Location was idea for being in Spokane for our ski trip - we snowboarded @ 49 & Silver. The neighbors on either side had multiple cars on their lawns which is hard not to notice, but otherwise the neighborhood was great. Quick walk had a great great view. We come back!

Great little house, well cared for and in a sweet little neighborhood. Sidewalk in front had been cleared of snow and even the snow shovel was left for us, which we ended up using later. Everything we needed was there, well stocked kitchen, bath, laundry etc. Homeowner communicates well and promptly and was very pleasant and helpful. Will return to this property in the future.

It was a good location close by to where we were working. Nice quiet neighborhood and very clean.

Exactly as advertised on VRBO! Great location, well supplied kitchen and great appliances. Plenty of room for two couples and could accommodate more. Parking was a breeze and communication with owner terrific. Will stay here again.

Clean and sufficiently stocked for a brief stay. Very clear instructions on stay and departure. Parking was a bit tricky due to our large van and neighbors' cars but using alley way and parking in rear of home worked well. Quiet.

Great place to stay! Nice neighbourhood, was exactly as described, super clean and comfortable and well stocked. If we come to Spokane again we would absolutley stay here again and would also highly recommend!

This is a great property. I went to visit my son at Gonzaga. This property is large enough that I was able to host my family of 5 comfortably with everyone having their own bed and with teenagers that is a huge plus. It was also great space to host my college son's friends over for a home cooked meal. I was able to seat 15 people for dinner. The only things I would suggest to make this a 5 star property is: add a few more pots and pans, add a basic cable TV package and put a light outside above the grill for cooking.

Clean and comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. Quick response via message to a request we had. Will definitely stay here again. This was centrally located for what we needed to do in the Spokane area. Beds were firm but comfortable.
