Our family has come here for the past few years as our tradition. We like to attend shows at Tuacahn and this property fits our family's needs perfectly. It is clean and well-appointed. We cooked most of our meals in the spacious, well-stocked kitchen. The Olympics were on so we could gather in the living area as a group to watch events. The beds are comfortable and there is enough space for everyone. We used the laundry facilities. My only suggestion to improve would be to open the pool earlier. It doesn't open until 10 but the weather was warm enough for swimming much earlier than that. The customer service before and after our stay was superb. Katlin sent me pictures of what was in the kitchen so we could plan meals. Dan called to let us know a personal item was left behind after we checked out and quickly got it shipped to us. We had an issue come up while we were there and after a text to management, maintenance came to resolve things. It's those kinds of things that will keep us coming back. Thanks, Launchpad at Ledges, for another wonderful family vacation.

It was a good experience. Great place, pool etc. Everything was nice and clean. However the Playstation we could not get to work. We stayed there 5 nights and they could never find the time to come help us resolve the issue.

We raised our four children in Europe and upon returning to the US they ended up being pretty scattered. They love to get together and this New Year's was our get together. We had a wonderful time in the Ledges - hiking and swimming. The facility was great and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you!

We spent thanksgiving at the Ledges with all of our extended family. A total of 21 people. The house was perfect! So many (comfy) beds, super clean and roomy Bathrooms, and so much room to spread out and play. The pool right next door was so much fun. Just 4 minutes from Snow Canyon state park and under ten minutes to restaurants, shops, grocery, movie theaters, etc. We used the kitchen to prep and eat thanksgiving dinner and they had almost everything we needed. We brought our own instant pot- but otherwise they had it all! There’s extra parking super close!

Our family comes to St. George every year to go see plays at Tuacahn. This was the 3rd time we've stayed at The Ledges but the 1st time at Launchpad. We loved it! The furniture is comfortable. The layout works well for our family. It was nice to be able to cook meals and there was plenty of cookware, appliances, dishes, etc. There were even kid-friendly dishes that we appreciated. We liked being close to the pool. There were dressers and TVs in every bedroom that we appreciated. We'd stay here again!

In general, this is a great place to stay! We’ve chosen to book this condo for several years in a row and really like it. It’s very close to the pool and not too far from town (about 20 minutes) and not too far from Tuacahn (20 minutes). We appreciate having 5 bathrooms when our whole family is there, and all the bedrooms! It’s so nice to have pool towels available there. We noticed this time the carpets could use cleaning as well as the kitchen floor. There is a mat in the kitchen that’s very dirty and cracked and should be replaced. The trash bins in the garage smell so bad! We couldn’t keep them in the garage because of the smell-they definitely need to be cleaned.

We loved our time here. There was so much space to relax and let loose. We loved the massive bunk room and outdoor gathering areas. The pool was lovely and the access to running and biking trails was fantastic. Would love to go back again!

We loved the common areas. The kitchen was well stocked, living room and decks setup great for a group to just hang out and chat. Pool and pickle ball courts are close and nice, and I loved that there were tons of pool towels.

we had a wonderful time staying there. only item was the entire complex was quite busy and the pool was so overburdened we didn't spend much time in there. the home was clean and neat and very well managed. we would go back again for sure.

We had a great time at the Ledges. The house was perfect for our families with plenty of space to hang out. The pools in the neighborhood were too cold to swim in and the hot tubs were over crowded. The house itself was warm and wonderful and we had a great stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at Ledges. The unit was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of them! I appreciated that there were instructions for everything we needed to figure out - like the TVs. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and appliances, and we were pleasantly surprised at how the pantry was stocked with baking goods. It was close and convenient to adventures at and around Snow Canyon. Even though it seemed we were away from St. George City, it was a quick drive and we had access to everything.

Property had a MBedroom and 2 suites with bathrooms attached making it convenient for 3 adult couples and 8 children. The additional rooms had plenty of bunks. Pool was next door. Hot water heater was on the blitz for 24 hours , but their maintenance employee fixed the problem next day. Most everything that you would need was readily in the unit. Fire pit was a challenge getting it started, but finally worked.

Great place for a few families to stay. Clean and cozy
Everything was good with the exception of a couple of really small issues like not having trash bags and dishwasher pods. It’s really close to the swimming pool/hot tub and the kids loved the toys in the garage.

Had no trouble feeling at home with how clean and modern everything was. The beds are firm, but that's what we like. We loved how many bathrooms there were - very convenient. The pool was great, the hot tub was great, and the pickleball nearby was lots of fun. Would definitely stay here again

This house was a perfect place to stay! It was clean and had everything we needed. We came for a soccer tournament and it was so nice for the girls and moms to have a comfortable place to stay in between games. We had plenty of room and we were able to cook all our meals in a well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this house!! Thank you for letting us stay!

Everything was exactly as listed. The home was beautiful and had plenty of space for the 11 of us. They also had PLENTY of bath & pool towels which was a huge plus.

Family Getaway in the heat of August
If the views of all the National Parks weren’t enough, coming home to the Launchpad each day was well worth the trip. All 16 of us (ages 3-73) were comfortable, able to spread out while able to enjoy being together too. This is a treasure! Even in the 100 degree weather, the pool right next door was quite a blessing. If you’re looking for a place to crash, large group or small, this is “The One.”

Beautiful Property
This property is amazing. My family and I came down to have a mini reunion and this house provided everything we need. The beds are so comfortable. and toiletries were provided ( we stayed for 3 nights). The fact that this house was right next to the pool was a plus. The wifi was good and the management team were on top of things when we had questions. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you!
