They did not respected my booking and said we are full at 1 am when I was with family

Breakfast good and location good.

Booked online room for two adults with single bed , but when went to check-in I was told twin beds and were not able to help me to put them together or change the room .I had no choice that night as all hotels around the CSIA was fully occupied .

No board. Hotel is in third floor. No mention even in lift. Enterace is littered with stray cats and dogs Small bathroom. Defective bathroom door. Cleaniess not up to mark.no eateries near by. Useless resturant.

Food was fantastic sorry, I did checkout early in the morning so, I did not have breakfast. Most important the staff were very friendly and nice behaved. Specially the boy who was giving room service to provide food and stuff. Very decent and very good attitude little boy. I am sorry, I didn’t see that little boy while I was checking out otherwise I wanted to give him some money as a reward

Room could be more better to feel more comfortable

Breakfast is not prepared in house. It is outsourced. Morning tea / coffee again is outsourced. If it is raining, then not provided.

We stay at the hotel only one day , and at the arrival they took full payment with us . Then we had an emergency to leave mumbai they didnt want to refund us the money for the 3 days left . Cheap people !!! They scam customer by their fake pictures!!!
