Nice, quiet and clean, friendly owners, walking distance to the restaurant's, impossible to require more for the money ☆☆☆☆☆.

Checkin went perfectly fine and without complications. The room was very nicely furnished, and was cozy. Everything was beautifully clean. The kitchen had exactly what I should have, nothing was missing. I would definitely recommend it.

Tge window was facing onto the main corridor from my room which meant you could hear anyone talking in the corridor very easily. Thick curtains might help with this. The room was alittle cold for a few hours. I couldnt see a heater in the room. Maybe something to think about having for the winter months.

This guest house was a simple, basic but perfectly satisfactory place to stay. The bedroom and attached bathroom were clean, and from what I saw the kitchen was too!

Nothing really to dislike.

Arriving very tired from a long, hot drive, my expectations of a restful 1-nite stay were destroyed by an on and off extremely shrill barking dog, either directly upstairs in the house or next door. I finally sent a tel. message to the owners about it, asking if it was their dog. I received no response. After a while the dog stopped, but my inner peace had flown. I have lived in Portugal for over 5 years now and often must accept the noise pollution from the canine world here. But not when I have paid for the night, with a dog this shrill and this close. I am going to cancel my reservation with them for my retutn trip home in October now.

The room included a kitchen, lounge, and terrace. It was just what we wanted, but had not expected. The owner / staff were very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay less than 2 hours from Lisbon.

A little tricky to find.

Room was comfortable and very clean. Host was very nice and attentive.

Water counter next to wall is very noisy. Room has bad insonorisation and you can here anything outside of it.
