I appreciated the Market and the check in staff.

Our bathroom could have used a door and the tub was small.

The bed was soft, how the facility used key cards to access everywhere and that it was across the street of the event

I didn't like the whole surprise 75$ a night deposit fee I wasn't aware of even though I paid for the room full in advance. Also didn't know that the parking wasn't free until the day of check out and that was additional 105$. Would I stay stay here again? Probably not I'd rather go to the other hotel I originally booked before this 1

Location was prime for what I was there for.

Wish they had room service

Love the bathroom layout. It was very clean too. The room had everything we needed except a microwave which was downstairs.

My invoice didn't match my online banking but it was explained as if I couldn't follow unless he wrote it out for me, just say there's a deposit added then refunded.

The front desk gentleman was amazing. Beautiful hotel and gorgeous rooms

Beautiful room and beautiful view of the city. The food options in the restaurant were so good! All staff were super friendly.

We my daughter checked it they told her that the reservation had been canceled, thru the booking site, when it had not. They even showed her paperwork indicating the cancellation. They rebooked the room outside of booking. Then they proceeded to charge the credit card used to book under booking for not showing up for the reservation. They did eventually reverse the charge. Unfortunately this undermines confidence in booking. We have had the same problem when using Booking and checking into the Hilton is Vancouver Wa several time. The hotel only honors the reservation when we show them the Hilton reservation confirmation. I love the Booking app but will prioritize booking directly given these problems.

Over all good, but the eggs were cold on the buffet.

no bananas. at 9:00 am the eggs were cold. 45 min wait for food order(dinner) from bar. Was told kitchen is overwhelmed.

the restaurants were not available. the property didn’t plan for the snow, the surrounding property was icy and dangerous.
