The room was comfortable.
Paid for three people to stay in the room but was refused an extra towel. That’s quite rediculous. Additionally had to jump thru hoops to pay for a single night of parking.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious
The couch was not comfortable and the fold out bed was like an inch thick. Also there was mud in the bathroom and the front desk lady working at night was so rude and I didn’t even interact with her

The location was awesome, walking distance to the riverfront, amazing restaurants, and 4th of July Fireworks. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was very kind and helpful.
A few amenities were not in our room upon arrival and we had to walk down to get them. Normally not a big deal, but one of the items was bedding for the pull out sofa and we were tired and just wanted to go to bed.

There was some tarp over one of our windows…didn’t seem like construction was happening so I was confused why one of our windows was covered up.

The bar food at dinner was adequate. The Bar manager was quite friendly and personable.
The breakfast bar was very good. Hot and cold food with many options.
Booking.com said we would not have to pay the $39 for parking. We did. I feel like this was too much.
I also thought I was reserving a studio room through Booking.Com. We ended up with a large suite with
kitchen which we did not need for one night.

Great staff other than the GM
The GM has a personal Vendetta against us for some weird reason. We have filed an official complaint against her and there is a full investigation by Marriot looking into her fraudulent activities and rancorous actions. The worst person I have ever come across ever in the hotel industry. Lindsey is her name and I doubt she will have her job after her felonious actions. Mariott HR was appalled and shocked by her behavior, and it will cost her dearly.
