great location and amenities

the towel staff people were very rude and the pool bar wasn’t available much.

The unit sleeps 6, but only has a square table with 4 chairs. Not even counter stools. We were a party of 6 and could not sit down together for a meal.

I love this resort! It has a beautiful pool area and is in a great location with easy beach access. This is my second stay at this resort. The room was very clean and inviting and they left a welcome basket that was very much appreciated! It is always nice to have a way to wash clothes when on vacation and this condo was worth the stay.

I wish the bed was more comfortable.

we had no quick way to solve problems. we were locked out of our room and almost missed our flight!

Location was great. Room and facilities were excellent.

Great location (across from Safeway, restaurants, shaved ice and ice cream). Facilities were comfortable and beach items (chairs, swim boards, umbrellas were available.

Unfortunately, the unit was on main entrance and view of parking lot. Wish it had a view of pool or ocean.

The kitchen was not well equipped to do your own cooking.

storage space was a little limited but not really an issue

so-so. gym facility extremely small, but decent equipment. pool was big but freezing, even the hot tubs were cold. hardly saw staff around the property if needed.

Worst stay yet. The dishwasher was broken and shut off when we arrived; attempted to communicate this to Vacasa for four days, they finally sent maintenance, but it was never fixed and they never followed up about the failed maintenance; it remains broken. We spent the whole trip hand washing dishes with nowhere to dry them. The fridge is read “needs maintenance” and the freezer is broken, it cannot maintain a cold temperature; all of our food in the freezer went bad/melted. The stovetop is duct taped, must also be broken. A few outlets do not work. The shower door also has big gaps so the bathroom floor floods every time we took a shower. Two microwaves in the unit, only one works and it’s shoved to the corner of the breakfast bar area, inconveniently placed, difficult to use; the pictures in the listing were misleading regarding quality of the kitchen. The bedroom curtain rod was also broken; it fell on my head when attempting to open them, this required a second day for maintenance to come out. the property manager, Amber, was very rude, lacked sympathy for our troubles, was misleading, and also revealed to us that all these issues were known before our stay but “unfortunately they lacked to inform us before our arrival”. That is unacceptable. They lack to fix the major problems in this unit and refuse to fix them. they continue to mislead their guests and fail to assist in issues. Overall, terrible experience at this condo. Communication was very poor, and customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. DO NOT BOOK HERE. It turns into more of a headache and phone-tag instead of a relaxing stay!!

The unit was well equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The hosts were very thoughtful about providing things that are very useful inconvenient for their guests. The location is great. Located very centrally to everything on the island and across the street from a plaza with a grocery store and several other stores and shops. The pool is beautiful and has something for everyone. From the lazy river, 3 sand bottom Jacuzzis and waterslides for the kids. Great!. Check in/out was very easy and there was always someone available to answer questions via phone. I would definitely recommend this unit and would stay there again.

Pool was great but they didn’t turn the slide on everyday

All 3 of our toilets were broken. We had to fix them the best we could. Bad plumbing. And not all sink handles worked.

Loved the property. Pool area very nice. Safeway right across the street.

That it faced the main front entrance. Would have preferred pool or beach front.

Everything! Excellent property, great pool! Nice restorant right in the resort. Great for kids.

Vacation is too short. Beach is Rocky. No coffee, no welcome fruits.
