- Không gian riêng tư, ngay sau phòng có bể bơi rất tiện , khu ăn uống sạch sẽ, đồ ăn uống thì khá ngon.
- Chê mỗi nhân viên hơi cáu kỉnh . Không biết có phải mình đi phượt xe máy hơi cùi nên thái độ nhân viên không được đon đả lắm. Hai ce mình đi vào khu tìm đường vào lễ tân mà có đi qua cổng bác gọi lại , mình đã trình bày là khách đặt phòng đang tìm lễ tân mà bác vẫn rất khó chịu bắt bẻ sao không thấy cổng hay bảo vệ hay gì mà đi như thế ? Phải xin lỗi thì bác mới thôi và chỉ cho . Thật sự đi chơi chữa lành tâm trạng đang rất hào hứng gặp bác cháu muốn đi về lắm luôn . Các bạn nhớ giữ khăn tắm và khăn mặt sạch sẽ nhé , mình ăn dưa hấu có lau 2 khăn mặt nhỏ bị đỏ nên bị phạt 200k hơi chát.ㅠㅠ

The room is tidy. I love the room's view very much. Breakfast is good. The staffs are friendly and supportive. The decoration is modern and clean.

Friendly, attentive host. Beautiful villa and clean, fully equipped room. Location is easy to find. I had a good time here. Totally recommend!

It is quite cute, comfortable, big room, nice landscape.
I do not want to say that the staff is not great but the check-in experience for me is horrible. I clearly informed them that I was alone with w 2 dogs and 5 bags, I needed help but they left me in the middle of the place, under the sun for a good 20 mins. No one came to help. Also, I chose Rose Villa because pets are allowed (clearly listed on Booking.com) and they told me dogs are not allowed. Also, they are abit shady making me sending a deposit while on booking.com advised that no deposit is needed.

The saff is very professional and helpfull. An excellent place to stay, with good facilities for the price and wonderful staff.

Clean, new furniture. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the staff is enthusiastic, the mountain view is very beautiful, our group loves this villa, it is convenient to move from Hanoi.

No hot water, no wifi, not sufficient kitchen stuffs for bbq, swimming pool is dirty, and a bit far from villas area. No bbq ground in my villa so we must went to opposite villa to have bbq. There are some villas with more facilities, but they didn’t agree to swap even we agree to pay more. May be such options are not available on booking.com. Pretty sure those reserved via booking are their lowest quality villas.
