Fully Renovated Home in Downtown Memphis - Looney Tunes
Home est tout neuf et idéalement situé entre les rues Second St. et Main St. Vous êtes à 5 minutes en voiture de Beale St., du Forum FedEx, du parc AutoZone et du théâtre Orpheum. Ou attrapez une promenade en calèche alors qu'ils passent pour une balade tranquille dans le centre-ville. La maison est également à distance de marche de St. L’hôpital de recherche pour enfants Jude, le centre de conventions de Memphis Cook, la pyramide Bass Pro et l’arrêt de tramway Main St..
1 050 pieds carrés La maison à un seul étage a été récemment rénovée. Tout est frais et neuf. Beau mobilier, grandes télévisions 4K dans toutes les chambres et internet haut débit.
Le salon a un plafond voûté, comprend un canapé en coupe avec chaise longue et une télévision murale de 70 pouces 4K. La cuisine comprend des comptoirs en quartz, un dosseret personnalisé assorti et des électroménagers en acier inoxydable. La salle à manger a un plafond voûté, un lustre sur mesure et une belle grande table haute idéale pour socialiser ou travailler.
La première chambre a un lit queen avec un matelas Casper apaisant. La deuxième chambre a deux lits doubles avec des matelas Casper apaisants. Les deux chambres ont également beaucoup d'espace de rangement si nécessaire.
La terrasse est un excellent ajout à la maison! Le porche couvert a un ensemble de conversation comprenant deux chaises avec des tabourets et une table. Le patio arrière est clôturé et comprend une table et six chaises.
Deux places de stationnement réservées hors rue sont disponibles derrière la maison.

Wonderful property. Very clean, updated, great communication with owner. Nice coffee house and juice bar just around the corner. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Most comfortable beds! We loved our visit to Memphis. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to relax in the evenings. Everything was clean. Hotel vibes with more space and privacy.

The house was very clean and nicely located to most of the touristy stuff we did. It was just me (f37) and my dad (75m), and was a good fit for us. Everything in the house was well kept, clean, and the beds were super nice! Only thing to mention was that there was quite of bit of loud music/road noise at night since it’s a populated neighborhood- but it seemed to drop off after about midnight and nothing the owner can control.
My only suggestion would be to add one of those number pad locks to the backdoor so you don’t have to walk around the whole house to get to your car parked out back each time. My dad is unsteady on his feet and older.

We really enjoyed our stay it was within minutes of places we wanted to go, it was very comfortable, great mattress and pillows. Look forward to staying again.

The house is amazing. There is a gated area outside it's concreted so you will have to take your pups for walks.
A nice addition to the outside area would be a small fire pit or a table with a fire ring.
Overall a wonderful stay and the horse drawn carriage will pick you up at the front door.

Super close to all activities near downtown. As another reviewer mentioned the home is located in a transitioning neighborhood. We felt safe and had our kids with us. The property owner was very kind and easy to communicate with.

My family and I had a lovely stay. The home was clean, calming, & adorable. It was the perfect place to put our feet up at the end of a long day of fun in Memphis. We also appreciated the security system in place that alerted you when a door was opened, because our 2-year-old managed to unlock the deadbolt & go outside. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Dane was an awesome host, had to make a date change and he was very understanding. Place is immaculate, clean, and so comfortable. Minutes from downtown and fedex forum. My dad says he’ll never stay in a hotel again…ha. Thanks Dane!

We had such an amazing stay while helping our kids pack and move to another state. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. It was upgraded and had everything we needed. Loved the house. Close enough to all of Memphis attractions but located in a quiet neighborhood. The home was very comfortable and clean. The house was well stocked with things to make your stay comfortable. Neighborhood is residential and quiet with off street parking.
The only negative was the master bedroom blanket has a down comforter in a duvet cover. Although beautiful and comfortable, I'm highly allergic to down so it triggered an asthma attack. Had to remove it from the bed while there. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Memphis.
