The room

The bathroom floor was dirty and full of black curly hairs at arrival. The staff did not seem to care much about it. They said they could send someone to clean it the day after. So we had to stay the first day in the room with a disgusting floor. The cleaning was not done as promised so on the second day they have us another room. The pool is out of order and seemed to have been for some time.

The staff was polite and helpful. The bed was so soft and comfortable.

I don't like to see pieces of hair in the room or in the room's bathroom from previous guests.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were very clean.

The hotel could use more parking spaces but other than that no complaints from my husband and I

Safe area to stay. Very quiet hotel. Close to downtown and easy access to the interstate..

I liked that it was a suite & we appreciated it was a full breakfast

There was nothing in particular that I didn't like with the exception of having to pay a higher price for short notice stays. We stopped for safety reasons of needing rest b4 continuing on the road. I just think it's sad that we can't pay a normal rate. Maybe that would be something to consider for honor members.
