very bad hospitality, do not respect the customers. very rude and very greedy charged me thousand rupees extra for no reason. low quality room, even worse quality food. worst experience. only staff is little helpful. worst experience ever

I arrived at the hotel to find out that the hotel is not happy with the rate at which i had booked and had to pay extra than what i was promised to check in into he room.This was very dissappointing

Room was ok.

I paid for breakfast for my two day stay but breakfast was never there in the morning. I told them clearly if you are not giving the breakfast then how you can add that in the invoice. They agreed to deduct but one of their employee told me that you have to pay for today(checkout date) because we called you on the intercom and you did not answer. Anyway i was awake and working on my laptop and they declared that i am deaf and i did not answer. I was getting late for the office so i paid and left. This is how some hotels display their arrogance and attitude towards the customers coming for work purposes from different cities. Being an outsider you can't fight and you have to pay to avoid unwanted quarrels.

Booking.com.. please remove this property from your site as this is really a very bad property and it only will reduce your quality standards... the rooms were filled with cockroaches, very bad facilities, they charged more to allot the room as they said their prices are higher but online it has been booked for less and the attitude of the people were bad too. I checked the second day though I had paid for 2 days + the extra money.

The staff was rude. The room was dirty. The beddings seemed to be not cleaned in many months. The pillows were terrible & gave me pain in the neck. The bathroom had exhaust fan but it was not working. The bathroom space itself was very very small
