This property was stunning! The reception staff were the most genuine, kind and warm people that I have ever interacted with. They were genuinely interested in my visit with my family and did everything they could to ensure we had a positive stay.

The aminities provided daily and basically the overall accommodation makes you feel like your own home.

Perfect location. Right near the beach, a 5-10min walk to the shops - close enough without being too close to the hustle and bustle. Staff were exceptional! Nothing was too much trouble. Special thank you to the maintenance gentleman and front desk staff member (lovely lady with short dark hair - soooo sorry I didn't get your names) who helped us set up "our" stan on the TV so we could watch the rugby final (arrived Friday 27th Oct). Will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Great spot, right near the beach and walking distance from great restaurants/cafes. The accommodation was clean and included everything we need with a toddler.

Our room on the 16th floor was stunning and had such an incredible view! The room was very quiet, had block out curtains and a comfortable bed/pillows. The spa, pool and sauna were fantastic! The staff were exceptional - very friendly and helpful. Location is about 15-20min walk away from central Broadbeach but the walk along the esplanade is great!

Modern, clean, spacious, heated pool, great location. One of the most lovely apartments we have ever stayed in. Staff very friendly and accomodating.

If I was being very picky, it would have been good to have a slightly bigger bin and a spatula for cooking. But everything else was great!!

The hotel room was clean all the facilities were great. The pod coffee machine was a bonus. The staff were super friendly. We stayed with ocean views but the city views at night are just as spectacular with all the lights.

The main shops were a little further than I expected but if you enjoy walking its fine. The master bed wasn't really comfortable but was ok for short term stay.

Great location at north end of Broadbeach - 15 min walk in to main area, 23 min walk to Surfers. Easy to park. Great beach nearby. Very clean and spacious apartment with all facilities you need: kitchen and utensils. Nice little pool and spa although that was mostly pretty busy. Top spot!

Apartment was great with good views of the ocean where we actually saw whales going past. Pool and other facilities great.

Check in process wasn’t great. Reception closes at 4pm and we arrived after this time and instructions to get into the apartment where not great. They had an after hours phone number though which was very helpful.

The toiletries were not that great.ie hand and body wash, shampoo, and bar soap had little or no fragrance.
