Appartements flambant neufs situés dans l'ancienne ancienne église baptiste construite en 1908. Les 7 unités se trouvent à l'étage supérieur de l'annexe, du côté ouest du bâtiment. L'ensemble du bâtiment a subi un remodelage historique approuvé. Unités au 2e étage sans ascenseur.
Appartement 207, situé à l'extrémité nord de l'immeuble. Il s'agit d'un grand 2 pièces de 685 pieds carrés avec 2 lits king-size, 2 canapés-lits jumeaux, une cuisine pleine grandeur, une salle de bains avec un combo baignoire / douche, une télévision connectée de 50 pouces, un plancher de bois franc d'origine.
Les appartements sont disponibles pour des séjours courts ou longs. Il n'y a vraiment rien de tel à Yakima, situé en plein centre-ville et accessible à pied pour tous les restaurants du centre-ville, les établissements vinicoles, les brasseries et les bars, le palais de justice du comté et l'hôtel de ville. Google l'adresse pour tout voir autour de cet endroit. Starbuck dans la rue en juin 2020.
Les installations comprennent un accès WIFI haut débit par câble gratuit et une grande télévision WIFI intelligente, une cuisine complète avec cuisinière et réfrigérateur de grande taille, bien approvisionné en pots, casseroles et ustensiles. Un lit King size confortable et un canapé-lit double. Chaque appartement dispose d'une grande baignoire et d'une douche carrelée.
Chaque appartement dispose de mini-split chauffage / climatisation électrique pour votre confort. Nous avons 4 laveuses / sécheuses sur place. Pas de service d'entretien, mais nous avons le nettoyage disponible à un coût supplémentaire.
Nous proposons des places de stationnement hors rue pour une voiture et des places de stationnement dans la rue pour les autres.

Love the high ceilings, original distressed fir floors. Nice layout. Easy walk to coffee and restaurants. Did not have any issues with the homeless people.

Clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay. I loved the repurposing of an old building. Friendly neighbors behind Church with watchful eyes on things. Like most large cities it suffers from the desperate not violent. Wish the downtown area didn't feel so sad. One suggestion lower rent in these buildings significantly. Better to have tenants with little profit than a ghost town. I feel this building and its investor is trying that very thing. Nice to see it in action.

Loved visiting the Yakima Valley, and this property was a great location for us. Easy to access. Near some really good restaurants and breweries.

We arrived to find that the room was not ready at 3:00. Contacted property managers and they sent people to clean and we were able to get in a few hours later. The rules are strict, yet the people that live there talked until 2:00 am. Light from the ally shined in the windows, and the trash truck showed up at 5:00 am. All in all we didn't get much rest. I loved the fact that we were staying in a church built in 1908, that gave me a good feeling, but disappointed with everything that went with the experience.

We were in town visiting family. The apartment was bigger than expected. Windows are thin & could hear a lot of outside noise. Overall, not bad though.

Very nice property inside, the two bedroom was very spacious, open main room with vaulted ceiling, full kitchen, comfortable beds and big closets, would be a nice place for a long term stay.
The location is within walking distance to many nice restaurants and shopping, 1 minute from
I82 freeway. Parking and unloading was easy!
The neighborhood I would call sketchy! A lot of homeless folks hanging out, sleeping near the entrance but we weren’t bothered by anyone during our stay.
There were 3 coded locked doors to get by before entering the living area, we never felt unsafe .
The property has a lot of character , very clean inside , beautiful original wood floors. I would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay in Yakima for the Fresh Hop Festival. Conveniently located within walking distance of pretty much anything downtown. Our two-bedroom apartment provided an open comfortable space for the three of us. We felt perfectly safe and being on the backside of the building helped buffer any street noise. We look forward to staying again during the Harvest Season. Thank you for your hospitality! We had a wonderful time.

It ended up in my spam folder. The property requires security codes at two different doors. The code given to me did not work at either door. A provisional code was given to me and we were finally able to get in. There was a little problem with stains on some bedding, but the hosts rectified that immediately. Overall good experience.

I am very sad the homeless were outside everywhere. but they did respect the Church property. They were polite as we came and went. I still love this place and will come again. The hosts were kind and very helpful.

Nice apartment for a family of four. Because of the location (downtown) it can be a bit noisy, but the owners provide ear plugs :). I would stay here again, it was clean and spacious enough for our family, way better than a hotel room. Communication with management was easy with quick response, which I always appreciate.
