We had a lovely stay at casa Anita. The house was clean and very comfortable and the casita was really nice additional space. We loved hanging out on the patio in the evenings and the ease of walking everywhere we wanted to go. The only minor negatives were the lack or hand soap in any of the bathrooms and no coffee. Not a huge deal as we just ran out to buy these. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Lovely accommodations to spend time with family and friends! The house layout with the separate casita and porches enables private spaces, lovely outdoor dining and communal areas as well. It is the perfect balance for a group. The property is well-cared for and has the best chef's kitchen inventory of any rental that we've stayed in!
The Host, Nancy, is timely in her communications and was very attentive and responsive. We had a minor problem during our stay and the repairman was called immediately and the issue resolved. There was also a local property manager that was helpful with details when we needed information. All in all a great experience for us as guests.
Highly recommend this property if you are visiting Santa Fe!

Four of us really enjoyed our 10-day stay at this South Cap house and casita in Santa Fe. They are very clean, well located, and tastefully and comfortably furnished (we all loved the art works). All the bedrooms have comfortable beds, there is a nicely stocked kitchen, and two pleasant outdoor spaces. This lovely house and casita easily earns 5 stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the main house and casita. It's located in a super quiet neighborhood with 1 spot in the driveway and lots of street parking. It's an easy walk to the plaza The units are comfortable, super clean and the kitchen is well stocked with the dishware to cook and eat.
We had a couple of small things come up during our stay and Nancy, the owner, was on top of it to resolve quickly. She and her husband are super helpful and so sweet.
One note is that there is one step inside the main house and it is marked with some caution tape so it is visible and easy to navigate. There are steps outside which you can see in the photos of this super cute place.
We would definitely stay here again.

This rental is truly like staying in a luxurious home because of all its nice features. The main Casa is spacious for four people and with the Casita, the rental adds a special space that is perfect for a couple who wishes extra privacy. It is across the small courtyard at the entrance and my family liked to gather in the Casa at the start and end of the day, yet the extra private space across the courtyard was welcome. Both were super clean, there was a separate room for a washer and dryer, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything needed when we chose to cook. All beds were super comfortable. The hosts were great with communication, before we came, and during the stay. All my questions were answered. The fact that the location is within walking distance to the Plaza full of shops and restaurants was a great plus. My family and I were very happy staying in this Casa and Casita and hope to come again as this was one of the nicest VRBO rentals ever!

We had a wonderful week long stay at Casa Anita in Santa Fe. The property is as advertised and located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the Railyard and Plaza.
We enjoyed meals at the home which includes a nice outdoor dining area as well as indoor seating that easily accommodated our group of six adults. The kitchen is really well stocked and included the necessary items to cook and grill.
The beds are very comfortable and the casita provides a nice living area and additional privacy.
Best of all, we were able to walk to all of the restaurants and bars. Santa Fe is a walking town and this added convenience made our visit even more enjoyable.

The perfect place to stay in Santa Fe!
We loved Casa Anita! The hosts were communicative and very easy to work with. The property was well appointed, nicely decorated, and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do! The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. All of the beds were super comfy.
It was a family trip with two couples and our mom and everyone loved it! We found Santa Fe Brewing Company: the Brakeroom the first day and used it as our meeting spot each evening before strolling into town for dinner! Highly recommend and just right around the corner!

Perfect Home Base in Santa Fe
This lovely Santa Fe home was perfect for our group of four friends to use as home base for a week in early June. The house is sparkling clean, tidy, well-appointed, and comfortable. The kitchen had every cooking item we needed. The beds are comfortable and the appliances are higher-end. Communication with Nancy was timely, thorough, and friendly. The neighborhood is perfectly located and a short walk to the plaza and neighborhood restaurants. Parking was easy. We enjoyed everything about our stay and will recommend this South Capitol VRBO rental to our family and friends.

Our family had a simply wonderful week long stay at Casa Anita.
The property is as beautiful, homey, and comfortable as listed and shown. Well appointed throughout, including kitchen. Well lit! (Too often not the case in a rental…).
The location is excellent. Quiet and off of one-way approach street. 15 minutes walk to Old Town or Canyon Road, 10 minutes to the Railyard region. Short drive to groceries, services, etc.
Beds are very comfy. Floors heated. Fireplace enchanting on a cold winter’s night.
Separate casita nice for privacy/separation.
Owners are accessible and helpful.
Only (slight) drawback is low water pressure in showers. (And of course that’s not the owners’ fault).
Can’t say enough good things about our stay, and would highly recommend!

Sensational property near everything!
We loved our stay at Casa Anita. It was the perfect base for our entire week’s stay in Santa Fe. The floor plan was perfect for two couples and a single. Everyone could spread out, have private time and enjoy the lovely common living area and patio. The beautiful and efficient kitchen with a Jenn Air range made breakfast, lunches and several dinners easy. The master bedroom and bath is gorgeous with a sumptuous comfy bed, large tv and has a huge walk-in closet. Nancy and Bob thought of everything for this experience and communication was great throughout. We walked everywhere from Casa Anita as well. Plaza is a 15 min walk and the Railyard with the incredible Santa Fe Farmers market is easily reached in about 10 mins. The historic neighborhood where the property is located is absolutely charming. You will love walking the winding streets and soaking in Santa Fe.

We loved staying at Casa Anita! The property was in the perfect location; walkable to all of Santa Fe's fabulous spots on the Plaza, Canyon Road, and in the Railyard. This home is so wonderful. We walked everywhere, and had everything we needed. Beds were incredibly comfortable, plus wonderful towels. I would recommend you bring your own shampoo, soaps etc, and if you are like me, maybe some additional cleaning supplies for touch ups.
