Spacious Riverfront Townhome Directly Across from Downtown Louisville

This was a great location, just off the river and close to Louisville! Great view of the River! We loved the condo, it had great spaces and amenities! The separate beds were super useful for sleeping everyone in our family comfortably. We would stay here again!

This condo was a great find for us. Looked for a place to stay in Louisville to be a central location for things to do until son graduated from Advanced Camp at Fort Knox, KY. I had focused on what to do in Louisville so much that I did not even think to make time for hot spots around Jeffersonville - was surprised to learn our stay was actually in Indiana just right across the river over the bridge! Our first night we went to Fourth Street Live to enjoy “Hot Country Nights” - only to come back to condo and hear a great band playing across the street at Kingfish (great food!) followed by an evening stroll to the color changing lit up pedestrian bridge. Next day at the pool had welcoming neighbors. Close to grocery store for a beverage run - but the hosts go above and beyond to supply just enough snacks, coffee, and toiletry/laundry items if needed. The “Welcome Guests” book to sign leaves a memorable record of everyone’s stay, and I even learned a few other things to do for next time! Although we could not take advantage of early check in, the hosts were able to accommodate our request. We highly recommend this lovely stay overlooking the Ohio River!

The condo has much to offer. Exercise room, indoor and outdoor pools. Patio for viewing the river.
The condo was well stocked, even had a snack basket and coffee. We were two couples taking in the Bourbon trail, a race at Churchill Downs and local museums. The location was perfect just a quick trip across the bridge before you were at all the area had to offer. We drove there and the garage parking was a big plus. Many of the homes on the Louisville side of the river didn’t offer parking!
The host was easy to contact and quick to respond. Great communication!
We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends looking to visit the area!

We love staying at this rental! This is our third year and the experience is alway excellent. The communication with the host is easy and the location and layout of the condo is wonderful. We enjoy it very much and highly recommend!

Great location. On the Ohio river. In an historical area. So lively. Minutes from downtown Louisville. View is excellent. Place is clean. Size is huge like a home. Great to have your own attached garage. No hiking with your luggage. You will watch the sunset every night. And excellent restaurants across the street. Will book again.

We were looking for a place to stay near Derby Dinner Playhouse where we were taking our 3 grandchildren ages 4,5 &8. While scrolling through area properties, I was drawn to this property by the pictures of the view of the river and bridges. But the pictures do not do justice to the beauty and majesty of the view. The place is spacious and comfortable with lots of flexibility for accomodating both small and larger families with comfortable sleeping arangemnents. The outdoor and indoor pools were a great amenity. The host is responsive and helpful and I really appreciate the detailed instructions provided for the location, access, parking and even using the TV remotes! The host even made suggestions for local activities he thought the kids would enjoy. I cant think of a single thing we needed and didnt have at our fingertips. The location was easy to find with tons of cool activities and restaurants in walking distance. An extra surprise was a nightly fireworks show right across the river that we watched from the balcony in our PJs! We weren't sure what that was all about but it was definitely topped off the experience! If staying in southern Indiana or Louisville area.. this will definitely not disappoint!

This property is wonderful! From the cleanliness, and updated style, to the wonderful extra perks like snacks and coffee. I highly recommend staying here. The hosts are wonderful and it is in a great location, across from the river, with lots of restaurants and a great view and walking paths.

Property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of sheets and towels. Beautiful view especially at night. Perfect location. Things to do in Jeffersonville as well as Louisville. Loved sitting on the balcony at night. If I had anything negative to say at all, it would be that I would have liked for the curtains in the master bedroom to be a bit darker, the room is very bright when the sun comes up, which is great unless you want to sleep in. :) Our stay was wonderful!!

Place was great, could use new mattresses on beds. The place was clean, had snacks coffee. It is walking distance to nice restaurants and bars. Short Uber ride to Louisville. Neighbors on both side really nice. I would recommend. :)

Another wonderful stay at this condo! It's location is wonderful and we had the best time. It is so convenient and we love to spend our morning on the front patio drinking our coffee overlooking the river.

The condo has everything you need! 2 portable twins was very helpful with 3 kids! Very clean, well stocked. The master does not get dark and can be loud with bridge traffic so bring a sound machine! The owner has supplied ear plugs if those better suit you. We enjoyed our stay, we were close to everything! Jeffersonville is a cute town and Louisville was fun also!

Our host provided a spacious home that accurately match photos provided. Comfortable living room furniture for chatting late into the night. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. We appreciated the snacks and water provided too! We would highly recommend!

Wife and I met another couple for a long weekend to visit the KY Bourbon Trail. The townhouse / condo was absolutely perfect for 4 people. The location and view across the river in Indiana was great. The property was very clean and comfortable. Has all / any amenities that you may need, including a garage. Really not much could be done to improve anything! Definitely will be back here on our next visit to the Bourbon Trail!

Great property with a perfect location for exploring Louisville! Our family of 5 had a blast at the Louisville Bat Factory and Museum, several distilleries and restaurants, and Churchill Downs. The Friday night concert at the riverfront pavilion down the street was a surprise treat followed by some fireworks across the river after the ball game. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great location. We enjoyed walking around and easy access to pedestrian bridge over the Ohio River. Area was quiet and felt quite safe. Nice to have garage parking but we couldn't fit two cars in as it was quite tight and there was a large storage box in the garage. House was nice. Could be updated and cleaned a bit better. Needs new mattress in 2nd bedroom.

This is an amazing place! Clean and beautiful and right on the river. A very large and nice space and having garage packing was great! All communication with the host was easy and fast. We loved it and can't wait to come back!

Wonderful Property
Excellent property, it was perfect for our stay to attend the two day festivities of the Kentucky Derby. The condo was great for the 3 of us, myself, my husband and his brother. Clean, roomy, perfect location and beautiful views of the river. We weren’t at the condo much except to sleep after spending all day at Churchill Downs on Friday & Saturday. Easy access to/from the freeway, great restaurants across the street within walking distance, overall we couldn’t have stayed at a nicer place. We went to a grocery store nearby for breakfast items that we like and the owners had snacks/drinks stocked though we didn’t need them. The owners even left Derby souvenirs and treats for us, nice personal touches. We travel a lot and thought the sheets and mattresses were comfy and they had plenty of towels. We also appreciated that the owners had a “Condo Binder” that contained directions/instructions for TV’s, Locks, Cleanup, Checkout, etc… this always makes stays nicer and less complicated.
We would stay here again!

Great Location
I have stayed in this building before, but never in the townhomes on the street level. It was beautiful. The pictures provided are exactly as shown. The bed was very comfortable, as was the rest of the furnishings. Restaurants right across the street and a beautiful view of the river. I will stay at this property again and I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful home Great location
We enjoyed staying in this beautiful, comfortable home near lots of delicious restaurants and great views of Louisville! This was the perfect central location between our friends in Sellersburg and the fun of Louisville. It was wonderful having a pool available for the kids as well! We hope to return in the future.

Great Location and accomodations
The location was within walking distance to restaurants with a great view of the river. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and easily handled our group of 5 adults. Would certainly stay here again.

Short business trip
Loved the condo. This is our second time staying there. Great location, unit is fully equipped with everything one might need for a short term stay. Furniture/beds are comfortable. Full cable TV with HBO/Showtime included. Great WiFi. Several great restaurants within short walking distance. Will plan on staying there again on our next Louisville trip.
