Spacious and clean rooms with great AC, beautiful scenery, pool.

Breakfast - not a lot of choices; also we noted some intolerances towards certain foods which weren't followed when we ate breakfast at this place; ended up messing up with our well-being.

The garden and the rooms are beautiful. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Merina was available for all our questions and also helped arange things like laundry.

The position, it is actually not that far from the beach, but when is dark, event at 20:00 PM it doesn't feel that safe.

It’s great value for the price and it’s one of the newest interior for that prices around the area. Staff is extremely nice and helpful.

Minah's Bungalows is a hidden gem in Nungwi. It met all my expectations and exceeded them. The rooms are beautiful and spatious with very comfortable beds. The pool is also beautiful and of a very good size, lighted in the evenings. The garden is sooo pleasant. The breakfast is veried and very tasty. The staff was very helpful in all issues. Wifi connection is smooth and strong (I had to work during my stay). I totally recommend this place and will definitely come back :o)

All the staff were friendly but Melina , Anita & Masai stood out for being exceptional. They all made our stay very comfortable, we were treated like family . We really felt at home . I was celebrating my birthday and woke up to surprise decorations and balloons at our door step in the morning. Now that was heart warming thank you so much 🥰

Apart from a strange creature that bite one of us one night , all was well. We found it dead the next day . But we survived 🤣

Nice big rooms with a king size bed. Every room has balcony which is a big plus. Lovely staff. The place is green so it's very relaxing.

Some noise on the roof from the birds every morning around 5. The road it's full of rocks and a bit hard to walk especially in the night.

10 min walk to the beach. Very comfortable and clean room. The garden, the pool - everything like a little paradise. Also rich breakfast, which was different evey day.

A fantastic stay for 2 nights. The staff were sooo friendly and helpful. The property is set in quiet grounds with a lovely pool area. Just a 7-10 minute walk to the beach, and close enough to the main town area.

I loved the place!!!! It is in a quiet area, but very close to everything- beach, restaurants and grocery store. The staff is super helpful and sweet. I cannot recommend Minah bungalows enough.

The guesthouse was super cozy, quite, limited amount of rooms made it super chilling. Helpful and pleasant staff, simple and humble people. It was amazing experience.

Location itself wasn't the best, roads are full of stones so very hard to walk around.

It is just as you see it on pictures. Lovely and clean place You get every day clean towels. Nice pool and garden.  Very friendly staff. We enjoyed staying there

Breakfast was nice, but you don't get much, it was difficullt  even to get 2 egs for breakfast. Many crowes came and were jumping on the roof in the night, they are very loud. Very loud were  cocks and musik. But it is nice place, great stuff,  and I would recommend it. Just to know what to expect.

The bungalow looked just like the pictures

I recently stayed at Minah bungalow. My cab driver who drove me to the hotel, we had discuss about different tours to do in the area and we agreed on a set amount. My first and second night at Minah bungalow I was sick and I reached out to the cab driver explaining to him I won’t be able to do the tours we had Discuss due to me not feeling well. He demanded that I pay him $300.00 usd even tho I didn’t go on any tour. The next Morning I wake up to a knocking at the door. At first I thought it was housekeeping but I realized they never announced who was at the door and there is no peephole to see who is at the door. The person knocked for over and hour. I was scared to death. First I’m traveling alone which the hotel staff knew and second there is no phone in the room for me to call for help. After over an hour of knocking I finally open the door to find the taxi driver and the hotel staff member who he was sitting playin on his phone. The taxi driver demanded I pay the money and I said to the man I am not paying for something I didn’t do.The man then said okay no worries and walked away.That man could of raped me or robbed me and the hotel staff just led him right to my room without my knowledge. I didn’t feel safe at that hotel. I had one more night there and feared for my life what could happen to me especially at night.The man already knew which room was mines because of the staff which led him there to begin with what would stop them from doing it again. I quickly packed my bag and left. No I didn’t ask for a refund because I didn’t trust a soul at that place my main objective was getting somewhere safe. When I asked the staff at the front desk how could they put my safety at risk they just said “sorry maddam”. Yes the hotel looks like the picture but it is NOT SAFE for solo FEMALE travelers. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. If your traveling by yourself beware.The staff may smile in your face but put your life in Danger.

This hotel is only 10 minutes walk to the beach. A beautiful and clean pool, rooms are very large and breakfast is delicious. Very nice people. Thanks for everyone. A special thanks for Ms Merina.

Great place to stay. The staff were super friendly and especially the lady at the reception(can't quite recall her name). It is like a small home away from home, quiet, chilled and great breakfast just the Zanzibari way. My friend and I enjoyed everything about our stay there. The place was secure too, I left one of my phones charging at the reception overnight and picked it in one piece the following morning.
