Het was geen hotel maar een verzameling kamers. Geen receptie, geen bar, geen ontbijt. Geen eten in welke vorm dan ook.
Niet meer adverteren als zijnde hotel want dat is het echt niet

Clean and nice apartment hotel. Bed is good. Shops and restaurants right next to it, arlanda airport in few minutes drive. You can buy your own parking space from the hotel. I recommend this place.

Loved how it looked and how we could go in and out at our leisure. Also very close to the airport and easy to get Uber rides from.

Compact , clean and fresh , fairly basic…. IKEA style. It certainly can’t be described as deluxe , but it’s good value . Enough kitchen equipment for a basic stay. supermarkets just across the road ……ICA particularly good .
Restaurant…. Great Plate , just across the road is very good and very friendly.
Bus stop a few metres away , frequent service 4 minutes to Marsta station .
Bus stop also for Siguna… well worth a visit.
15 minute walk to Marsta station for frequent trains (40 mins) to Stockholm central .
Bus Marsta station to Arlanda airport 15 mins
Check in by access codes…. received the day before arrival……in 4 days we did not see a member of staff , nor any other guest , so we felt as though we were alone in the building…. not a problem …. just a comment.
Room is small. To watch TV , you need to lie/sit on the bed. One armchair in the corner …. nowhere else to put it.

It was a good experience, staff polite and ready to help and answer and clear any thought, clean and organized place as wel as quite.
I think was my bad don't ask for a different matrass, the one I got was a bit soft for my like, however didn't affect my stay.

The bed is not good for couples, they are two small seperate bed that were moved together to make double Which keeps moving off, apart from that everything is fantastic

Amazing Hotel. Can't recommend enough. If you're heading to Stockholm you must stay here. Thank you for such a lovely, clean environment for us to enjoy our stay on Stockholm. Marsta is also beautiful to visit.

I really liked the attention of the staff, the room was very clean, I felt very safe, and it is very quiet.The area where it is located is excellent ,I will return on my next trip to Stockholm to stay at Arkaden.

We are staying in this hotel for the second time. And we will stay every next time we come. Very great hotel apartments. Everything is excellently clean and has everything you need for a long or short stay. Everything is very very clean, comfortable, easily accessible, beautiful foyer. There is a kitchen and everything you need to cook, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer on the floor, there are super comfortable beds and super clean bed linen and towels. Everything is thought out to the last detail. Thank you Arkadien Hotel. We will definitely be back.

The view was wonderful with lots of light. very close to restaurants and shops and very close to our friends that we were visiting. the warm welcome from the manager made a really great first impression.
The beds were comfortable but the top mattresses weren’t securely fastened to the bed so it was constantly falling off. If my husband was with me, it would have been uncomfortable to sleep together. A coffee machine would be nice as well as hand soap in the bathroom.the trash outside was overflowing so everyone was putting their garbage on the ground next to the trash bins.

Our accomondation at Arkaden hotel was exceptional. The room was clean and the communication with the staff was perfect. We had been given lots of information to help us self check in and then, everything was so easy.
Great locatiom with just a few minutes drive from arlanda airport.
I highly reccomend it!

The cleanliness and quality of the hotel room was of the highest standard. Everything was brilliant. Very good location, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Be sure to choose this hotel again in the future.

Clean, spacious rooms with all facilities for a longer stay. Very nice and helpful staff, due to the concept on remote but certainly available.

Property was nice, clean, comfy. Kitchen - well equipped. If any questions - should call in whatsapp, else, after 16, the line is closed.
Bathroom lacked stool. And unfortunately when I extended my keycard it didn't work right away, but the management workd on it and everything was ok.

Really fantastic. Its an outstanding hotel. The hotel is very modern and stylish, our room was comfortable and smartly designed to make good use of the space. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the location is great. It is near everything and walking distance... Shops, restaurants and cafes ... it's all there.

that you can not have pets with you. This would make it so much easier to come here more often and travel here more. But because I have small dogs, it’s difficult when the hotel is not animal friendly.

The hotel administrator was very helpful with all the questions that I had. The hotel is located close to a shopping area, close to restaurants, and bus stations. Reaching the Arlanda Airport or Stockholm is very easy.
It would be good to have a little bit of soap in the bathroom, so one can wash the hands before going to the shop and buying supplies :)
Otherwise, there is nothing else that I would write here.
