This was the perfect property and location for our family. Everything about Mountain Splendor was perfect - clean, comfortable, cozy, every amenity you could wish for. Hopefully we can return sometime soon!!!

This was our second time staying at this property because of the great family space, proximity to the pool, and outdoor space with hot tub that is one of the best we have seen in Sunridge. Robin is a great host!

Beautiful and absolutely everything you need was there! We brought our pickle ball paddles and balls and corn hole and lo and beHold they were there when we got there! So clean and spacious! The hot tub was such a nice touch after a day on the rapids!

The condo location and setting was perfect for our daughter's wedding weekend. The place offered pretty much everything that we required for our family and bridal party wedding morning.

We spent the weekend at the property to celebrate my 50th birthday, and we were so impressed with everything. The house was beautiful! Perfect for up to 6 adults. Walk across parking lot for access to hill. Condo had everything needed for a long weekend.

Third year staying here, never disappoints. Great ski in/out location and home is very well appointed and maintained. Hot tub is always great after a day on the slopes. Hopefully next year the weather is better for skiing, but house was wonderful as always.

This place was decorated wonderfully and equipped with everything you need! We felt at home, cooked meals as if we were in our own kitchen! Ski slope was a short walk across the street, so very convenient! We will definitely keep this on our annual family vacation list.

This property was awesome and delivered on everything in the listing. Plenty of room and living space, the converted garage room is perfect for a ski weekend.

This is about as perfect a place that you can get. Well stocked kitchen with spices and odds and ends. Have to be comfortable with taxidermy though.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy, comfortable, clean and conveniently located home to the slopes. The home is outfitted with everything you can imagine. Well stocked kitchen, toiletries and other extras. The steam shower in the MB was amazing. Love the remote controlled fireplaces and the enclosed heated garage for ski staging area. You can’t go wrong.

We loved our stay while skiing-boarding between Christmas and New Years. It was our 1st Seven Springs trip and we will be back. The Village trail was "closed" on the Seven Springs site, but the ski patrol told us it was ok to use to access the Villages. The house is super close to Boomerang and Village trails. The house amenities were awesome! This made our trip so much easier. Thanks to the house hosts for thinking of everything!! The extra space in the indoor garage was perfect for the snow gear.

This property is excellent for a ski getaway. The garage is converted to a mud(snow?)room but the tradeoff for parking outside is well worth it, as the converted garage is great for gearing up at the beginning of the day & gearing down at the end. Kitchen is well appointed & highly functional; living room is super comfortable w/fireplace, high ceiling & lots of seating; hot tub is readily accessible off a patio w/convenient sliding door access from the inside (not much beats a hot tub after a day on the slopes); bedrooms are all nicely done & situated, with the high-ceiling & fireplace in the master particularly nice. Although not huge, the place is greatly efficient w/space so it seems larger & we were super comfortable w/3 adults & 3 kids. Best for occupants to be taxidermy-friendly & the only downside of the otherwise fantastic location is the trail adjacent to the unit was closed so we had to drive to the base lodge for lift access. Would definitely visit again.

We have stayed at many rentals over the years for family getaways/vacations and this home is right at the top of our list of one of the most accommodating, comfortable and beautiful rental homes. Included with the information the owners leave for the renters is a note that they want you to feel at home during your stay....and we surely did. The weather was glorious for the first weekend in November....perfect to enjoy our fall family getaway in the Laurel Highlands. We would love to come back at some point....to either enjoy the home's nearby summer amenities or the convenience it would provide during ski season.

Everything about this location was beautiful. Every room was clean and comfortable. We were also very impressed with all of the amenities that were made available. We loved every thing about it! 5 star weekend for sure!!!

We enjoyed our weekend at this property. We just went for a weekend rest with friends. The downstairs handicapped bathroom was perfect for my husband with dementia. The fireplace is lovely and the wild game mounts on the walls are unique and add to the mood. I loved the view of the stars and big dipper from the master bedroom top window. Amazing experience. Has a steam shower, too. I did not like the lack of privacy with sheer curtains in the master bedroom and no blinds on sliding doors downstairs. Would have liked to lounge around in more comfortable clothes. The TV reception in master is poor and down stairs TV sound bar is either broken or weak. Sound is controlled by speaker in a jukebox. I found it extremely hard to hear. The kitchen is lovely, but the microwave is out in the garage. I really found it hard to run back and forth between both rooms to cook breakfast for the four of us. The microwave is small and cooks in hot spots. I put in at least six different codes when we arrived but was denied entry. I finally gave up and used the sliding doors to go in and out. Someone always stayed in the home with my husband. A blind on the left side of the fireplace is dangerous. It is heavy. When we tried to lower it, it fell. It is not installed properly or else it fell before and was not fixed. All in all, with a few tweeks, I would highly recommend this place. It would be great in ski season. We went when the leaves changed. We didn't want to bother the owners during our stay. We had bad experiences in the past with other places we stayed.

I can’t say enough good things about this home. We loved it from the moment we walked in. I have stayed in many rental homes over the years but this one tops them all in terms of amenities. Stating from the outside with its well appointed patio with enough furniture for guests, an outdoor kitchen, a peaceful water feature and a hot tub. Everywhere you look is a beautiful view: from the view of the moon and the shooting stars above the hot tub to the beautiful fireplace with the electric candles and fairy lights that turn on with the flick of a switch, to the super easy to use fireplace in the primary bedroom. And speaking of ease, all the appliances, the hot tub and the door locking system were super easy to operate. if you needed instructions for anything they were all in the welcome book and “welcome “ is a great description. Because that is mostly what is special about this home. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel Ike their home is your home. You can tell from all the special touches that they really feel that way. I have literally never seen a better stocked rental home. The hosts have anticipated anything you might need or want. In the big open kitchen you can find everything from a high end standing mixer to a waffle iron. They had every possible small appliance you could need and the pantry was stocked!! But it is the attention to detail that is outstanding. They leave a generous supply of every toiletry you might need in all three of the full bathrooms, laundry detergent in the laundry area (neatly hidden behind a movable bookshelf like something out of a spy movie) and individually portioned cleaning product to put in the hot tub after each use. There is even one of those big cushioned floor mats in front of the huge farmer sink on the island and a fresh sponge (always grosses me out when you have to use a sponge that was used by the last people lol) With it’s multiple primary bedroom setup (every bedroom has an ensuite) This house is perfect for a family, several couples or a group of friends It is also great for entertaining. There is a wonderful open floor plan and the sliding glass doors to the patio make it true indoor outdoor living. We came for a family wedding and were able to host everyone for brunch outside. And if you are coming with another family, there is another rental property right next-door. This house can sleep 7 comfortably and I would say “comfortably” indeed. I can

There were 8 sisters that rented Robin's house for a sisters weekend to check out the Autumnfest at Seven Springs. It was a very clean, welcoming home with a well-stocked kitchen for all your needs. The walk-in shower with a seat on the first floor was a plus for my one sister who uses a walker to get around. We would definitely rent again if we go to Seven Springs. We have stayed at at least 9 different properties at Seven Springs over the past two years. This property has been our favorite. It you have the opportunity to stay here…. Do not hesitate. You will not be disappointed. Completely updated… could not be better appointed, and just about the best location on the mountain.

Very well stocked and slept the 6 of us comfortably. The outside patio area was amazing and we spent most of our time out there. Beautiful!

So grateful to the owners for creating such a warm, complete and relaxing environment! We were supposed to have 8 people in our party, but 2 could not make it, so I can only verify that there is the perfect amount of room to house six people in comfort. Because this was a family reunion for us, we had events of one type or another going on every day all around the area, so we spent very little time in the condo. Everyone who stopped by appreciated the layout and amenities as much as we did. Finally, there is so much to do, experience and see, you will never be bored. Thanks again, and if allowed, we would definitely rent this condominium again!

We rented Robin's place to celebrate my mother's breast cancer survival and birth of my 3 month old daughter with close family and girlfriends! Wonderfully clean and peaceful stay! The outdoor patio complete with grill, herb garden, and hot tub were exceptional. The kitchen and pantry have anything and everything you could ever need during your stay, a very nice touch. Robin was also kind enough to let us do a noon checkout so my daughter could stay on her sleep schedule before returning home, which was much appreciated!
