We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home. It was clean, cozy and well stocked. Our family had plenty of space to rest and relax. Carlotta was very responsive and attentive. Was very accommodating when we asked to stay an extra day! We felt very at home celebrating Christmas away from home! We will definitely stay again when we come back!!!!

My husband and I stayed with another couple for 2 nights while attending the NHRA drag races (about 30 min away). The house is pretty nice. Not the best, but FAR from the worst. I agree with others regarding the temperatures upstairs being too hot. We had to put the air on 62 to get the upstairs to be comfortable for sleeping. The beds aren't comfy, but did the job for 2 nights. The house wasn't spotless, but also wasn't gross...just dusty floors mainly. I would suggest putting towels in the bathrooms. I missed the note about them being in the hall and found out the hard way when I got out of the shower soaking wet - haha! Enough coffee for the first morning would be a great extra touch too. When we arrived, the code we were given didn't work. I understand mistakes are made (numbers were mixed up), but I called the owner 3x, texted & messaged through the app with no response. I had to call through the VRBO rep to reach the owners. Overall, the response time wasn't awful, but it was hot and we were all ready to be in the house so the delay was inconvenient. If my calls or texts were answered right away, it would have been a non-issue altogether. We felt safe in the area and absolutely LOVED having the garage to park our motorcycles in! Plenty of dishes, towels, & space. I would stay in this house again if I had an event in Indy and had a group staying together.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home, and will definitely book again if in the area. The rooms were spacious, everything was immaculate, comfortable and in great condition. It is a very pretty home. Quiet and nice neighborhood; very close to a grocery store and easy to get to large thoroughfares. Thank you!

The house was very clean and just as pictured. We enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of dishes and silverware and a nice coffeemaker and stove. Beds were comfy. My only complaint was that the AC was not balanced. It was much warmer on floor 2 than floor 1. It got a little better after day 1, but did not fully resolve. We reported the problem but no one came out to try to resolve. We ran a box fan and pointed it up the steps to try to circulate air.

Carlotta's home was everything we needed for our three week stay. The neighborhood was quiet, the exterior of the home was stately and grand. Upon entering, the home has a half bath on the first floor, along with a formal dining room, well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. We enjoyed many morning breakfasts and evening dinners. There is also a large Weber charcoal grill in the garage that we enjoyed using. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has an attached bath with a soaking tub. The water pressure and temperature were great. The three other bedrooms were good size and they shared a hall bath. The home also comes with a high-efficiency washer and dryer. We used them throughout our stay. Home is clean, comfortable and very inviting. Carlotta was responsive to questions and we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this home. Our groups hopes to return next year. Thank you Carlotta!

The neighborhood is family oriented and quiet! It was within walking distance of our daughter which was wonderful. The property was clean and was adequately stocked. We loved our stay! We will definitely be using this property again!

The property owners were very responsive any time I reached out. The location is very conveniently located and the house was plenty big for my large family.

The home was decorated nicely. It was centrally located for all of the activities that we had planned.

The home was is in a nice area and was very spacious! We appreciate being able to park in the garage (surprisingly it snowed that weekend)! The checkout / departing process was extremely easy! The only recommendation would be to have information on the home and the area (ie. restaurants, places to visit, etc).

Nice house

We visited Indy our home town to visit my daughter and grandkids with my other daughter and family. The location was spot on right down the street from family. The kitchen could use better cookware and storage container or maybe aluminum foil or plastic wraps so we didnt get to cook at home as much as we like. The 2nd shower didn’t have much pressure. Other than that the house was comfortable.

House was spacious, clean and in a nice area. We enjoyed our stay and would book here again in the future.

We stayed for long weekend with extended family to visit my Butler student and see a bit of Indy. The house was very clean and as advertised. We paid the additional fee for the 4th bedroom upstairs. Beds were firm and comfortable. Communication with the owner and check in was great. The neighborhood was safe and 10 minutes away from pretty much anything you want to do in Indy. (We recommend the Indy Motor Speedway Kiss the Bricks tour, it was neat to see even for non car people) I liked that there were not a lot of rules and we didn't have to strip the beds and start a load of wash before leaving. The only drawback was the upstairs bathrooms water pressure was low with weird sprayer sinks and the hall bathroom shower most of the water ran down the wall. A couple suggestions would be to add a cookie sheet or 2, some spatulas, a working coffee pot and a broom as I like to sweep up before leaving. I would definitely recommend this property for larger groups wanting a little more space.

We had a great time in Indy and this was the perfect house for our family. Spacious, clean and great location.

Nice house and neighborhood. Was extremely warm to sleep upstairs even with box fans we found and being in the 80s. TV didn’t work second day we were there. Was going to have maintenance come but we were heading out for Day. Messaged when we got back, couple hours later someone called and talked me through on phone for less than 5 min. Wish that could’ve happened in the morning with 3 littles. Bathroom faucets in hall bath have poor pressure and sprayed everywhere. Area was very nice and beautiful neighborhood.

Enjoyed our stay. Spacious and had all the conveniences we needed. Easy check-in, property managers were prompt with communications. No issues.

The house is larger than it appears in the photos. For the price of a nice hotel, we had a bedroom for each of our teens, our own master suite and a full kitchen and living area. We spent our time going back and forth to the Indiana convention center, which was a 20 minute Uber (cheaper than event parking!) The house was clean and had everything we needed. We had dinner from fast taco one night - a close-by taco truck - and it was cheap and delicious!

It is clean and well appointed. Plenty of space and the host was responsive and easy to reach. Small suggestion is to change the lighting to warmer bulbs so it feels a little more inviting and home-y. needs a few more kitchen supplies. But these are small. Overall the place is a great, reliable place to stay

Great location between the convention center and Butler University.

Our family was in town to celebrate a 90th birthday. The house was convenient to get to the places we needed to go. Quiet neighborhood. Carlotta was accommodating and easy to work with.
