My wife and I were in Santa Fe for a family visit and to go to the burning of Zozobra. The location of this house was perfect near downtown and Fort Marcy Park. The house was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Overall great stay.

This home is spacious and thoughtfully designed with a convenient location. It is within easy walking distance to galleries and restaurants and has a spacious kitchen and two lovely patios. We spent a very comfortable 4 nights here and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Santa Fe.

We had an amazing stay at this home, which exceeded all our expectations. The pictures in the profile didn't do it justice. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The yard was beautiful, and we enjoyed a lovely dinner with our family outside. The piano was a delightful touch, adding a charming ambiance to our evenings. We especially loved having a capuccino machine, making our mornings even better. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We had 5 adults and 1 small dog. We have relatives that live in Santa Fe, so this was our meeting, eating and playing games home for the week, between our sightseeing. Everything was perfect. The fireplaces worked properly giving off good heat, The hot water was quick and sufficient. The appliance's all worked for cooking a large meal. The home was stocked with plenty of paper goods as in Kleenex, paper towels, and TP. The home provided shampoos, soap etc. This home has a great location for walking downtown, as well as getting on the road quickly to your other locations.This was a great experience and I hope to return again.Thank you !

The house and covered, gated parking setup were excellent. I loved that coffee was provided and enjoyed the espresso machine. The fireplaces were another great feature that we really enjoyed. The front patio and fully-enclosed back patio areas were very-nice and would be enjoyable to spend time on, in warmer weather. The house was very quiet and private, even being in a dense neighborhood near busy streets.
The location was very-close and walkable to many things, assuming you have decent mobility. However, my wife recently broke her foot (after we booked) and was on a knee scooter, which was impossible to navigate on the very-poor and non-ADA sidewalks throughout all the parts of Santa Fe that we explored. Luckily, we were able to drive and park nearby many things. City-wide accessibility isn't usually a consideration for us, but it would certainly be notable when recommending the area for my elderly parents, who I think would love Santa Fe and should make the trip, as well.

This is the second Summer I have stayed in this home and plan to stay there whenever I go to Santa Fe. The home is beautifully decorated, and spacious. It is in a great location, close to the Plaza and the walking path along the river and is very quiet. Michael, host contact, is friendly and very responsive.

This was a beautiful house in a fantastic location, on a quiet street a short walk to the plaza and a shopping center. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 (including 2 older teenagers). The beds are comfortable and all the linens were nice. We don't drink much coffee but there were a lot of supplies for it if you do! The kitchen is well-stocked--we cooked several meals there and had everything we needed. There is a charming courtyard in the front and another nice sitting area behind the house. I loved the beautiful artwork around the house, not to mention the grand piano, and there were also puzzles and games. It's a classy house that is also very comfortable.

Three adults, one 2.5 year old and two dogs loved staying at this property. It was immaculately clean and well appointed. Easy access to what we needed in Santa Fe and it felt secure. The central air and piano were big bonuses!

Great coffee making options- french press and drip and more- (no kerig in sight) Easy access to home, code worked perfectly. Walking distance to plaza. Large covered driveway was appreciated as we had some rainy days. Easy in and out with luggage. Comfortable beds and comfortable seating in common areas. Two big patio areas with great seating and tables, and pretty plants. This house is just all around one of the best I've visited. And the piano was a nice bonus - my son enjoyed playing some of his favorites. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Santa Fe!!

We had such a great time at our stay in Santa Fe. The house was in such a convenient location to walk everywhere. The house itself was perfect - it had everything we needed and not only one, but two amazing patios! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This home has everything. Very easy to access. Code worked perfectly. Good location. Very tastefully and artfully decorated, and also comfortable beds and seating. Lovely patios with nice outdoor seating. Nice to have several coffee making options, including French press. Nicely stocked kitchen and every detail was considered throughout. We appreciated the covered and ample parking, esp since we had some rainy days. Well maintained and clean. Highly recommend. Oh- and the beautiful piano was a nice bonus and I got to enjoy my son’s playing his favorites. Thank you for the enjoyable stay at your beautiful home.

Lovely location, easy to walk to the main square area of town. Quiet at night. Generous on site parking. Public rooms were larger than they appear in the photographs. Two of the 3 bedrooms were small but we socialized in the kitchen and living room area. Good for 3 older women gathering for a reunion. Bathroom photos were not clear but there was a shower tub combo in one bathroom and a shower only in the second bathroom. Notes on the amenities available on the VRBO listing can be expanded which would then decrease calls to property manager. Building architecture was lovely, and outdoor space was nice to have. This place was a great spot for our family ski vacation to Santa Fe. We have been in the past and stayed closer to town and the art galleries, and while that interested my husband and I, the kids just wanted to ski. This time we picked a location that was 30 minutes door to Ski Santa Fe. Also, the house is very well stocked and taken care of. The kitchen had everything you could want for cooking (something lacking from our last Santa Fe stay) and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We would definitely do it again!

This house is in the perfect location to head to the square for dining and shopping or to the ski area for fun on the mountain. It is clean, very comfortable, beautifully decorated and well equipped for a vacation with family or friends. It was perfect for our family of 5! The owners are very responsive and helpful with any needs or questions. We look forward to returning to Santa Fe again and will be looking first to see if this home is available! (and the piano sounds beautiful with the house's acoustics!!)

The house is very convenient to stores and museums. The floor plan allows for group socializing but also personal space , which is lovely. My bed in particular was extremely comfy! The kitchen is well appointed. The only thing that i would like to change is to have written instructions upon arrival as our phone service didn't work and we didn't know how to access the internet to get the instructions but a quick call to Evolve got us the information needed

Location good. Property good. One late night a fire alarm battery failed, which started to beep sporadically. Luckily the property had extra batteries in the kitchen drawer. Next morning local agent swung by to make sure everything was okay. He was polite, friendly, and apologetic.
