Nice sea view and near to cafes and shops etc!

Far too much loud rave music coming from a bar on prom in front of our hotel until late every night! Staff behind reception are very miserable and move position behind their counter to spy on you when you sit in reception area in case you touch anything. Occasionally mumble a hello if you do so first ,no smile. Never a good morning or how are you! Not a nice atmosphere in the hotel. WiFi is not good in the rooms.Staff in dining room at breakfast pleasant but no conversation just what you like to eat! But we never ate the breakfast more than twice even though we paid as it wasn’t great tbh. I stayed with my grown up son (also Thomas)and partner. My son was accused by a lady in reception of getting make up on towels and a demand for payment of new towels even when he explained they weren’t his.I spoke with cleaning ladies who explained they were from mine& wife’s room We washed the towels and removed the make up. No apology for my son after she had brought the towels into reception and held them up embarrassing us in view of other staff. It was evening and we were heading out for a meal, my sons last night and it was ruined by this lady. Next morning she said it’s ok you don’t have to pay for towels but no apology just said no problem! I have travelled the world Mexico, Dominican Republic,all across Europe and never experienced a hotel to demand payment for towels or had to wash them myself. Very rude ignorant and unprofessional! We were treated like refugees not paying guests! Never again will I or my family visit this hotel to be treated in such a manner. Last time I visited Marmaris I stayed at the Green Diamond and staff were so lovely and courteous. Why would anyone pay to stay in a hotel with miserable rude staff ? Last day my wife was in ladies toilet getting changed before catching flight when a male worker opened the door and just stood there looking at her so absolutely rude!

Sadly, this hotel has no idea about hospitality and service. It feels that guests are not important here and no effort is made to create a good stay. There is only one person at reception, so he has to run and take care of many requests, so you have to wait for your check in or any other problem to be solved. Probably, that’s why it feels that he is not happy there and has no wish to serve or care about you and your request, problems with sounds in the room, terrible wifi etc. We have requested a quiet room on check in and the manager said that this is exactly what he is giving to us. In result, I have never stayed in a room where I couldn’t sleep all night because of the loud disco downstairs and other sounds that I couldn’t even figure out. The pillows and mattress are very uncomfortable. It was strange to have such in this hotel considering the room rate. We didn’t sleep all night. The manager at reception didn’t even care to ask about our stay and was just looking very unhappy. I still can’t understand how can they charge such room rate for so uncomfortable and loud rooms and no service whatsoever. Terrible experience.

The hotel was on the marina with a view only a few feet from the ocean. It was a great set up.

MR Ali the owner was present when we were there and it was obvious that he took great care in his hotel, he was hands on and made sure everything was as best as possible, Irfan and the ladies on reception were fantastic and made us all feel welcome and we all enjoyed staying in this lovely hotel, the hotel was clean and the only problem we had was with the internet connection but I think this is a Marmaris wide problem, the location was great right on the sea front, as we were the only few guests during lockdown the manager uprated all our rooms go sea view rooms 312 311 309 313 and it was fantastic, the food was great and we'll priced, the people were amazing and made sure we were happy and looked after, we would recommend this hotel it was value for money and very modern and clean
