Location - Tram station located very short walk from room Parking included.

Room was not serviced during entire 8 night stay. According to reception, they don’t service the rooms ‘during busy periods’. No cleaning products or broom / dustpan and brush available in room to clean during the stay, even tho it was listed in the accomodation advertisement. Expected us to use one set of towels the entire 8 night stay, we had to ask for new towels on Day 3 even tho the sign in the bathroom said they would be changed if left on the floor. (See photo). One roll of toilet paper only provided per bathroom for entire 8 night stay. Foxtel / Pay TV not available and TV reception very poor. To watch NRL GF and TV in general, we had to buy a Fire Stick and use the WiFi. Communal laundry locked during access hours of 9am to 5pm on a number of days or other guests washing left in machine all day. To wash, we were required to use a laundromat 15 mins drive from the accommodation. Other guests coming and going til all hours of the night two nights in a row, yelling out and banging and smashing doors, so much so that our children were woken. Designated smoking area located outside kitchen window (we booked the Family Room) so unable to open window due to smoke coming in the room. For the price we paid at this establishment, the stay was very poor.

I was able to check in earlier than expected which worked out for me very well. Parking was great too. Very easy to check in and out. Great location.

No offer made to come and make up my room over the entire six night period. I had two towels supplied so it wasn’t a worry for me personally but I know that other types of guests would not have been so happy .

Perfect location for my travel plans! Perfect distance from both the CBD and beach! Great value, very clean rooms, and quick and easy check-in.

The only downsides is that you can hear the upstairs plumbing at times, but that was far and few in-between, and the TV was in a very awkward position, but I don't watch too much TV so that was of little issue.

Close proximity to the light rail station and reasonable walking distance to the beach and Cavil Ave entertainment and restaurant areas. You can catch the light rail to Cavil Ave but I preferred to walk.

Nothing. It suited my needs perfectly although I should point out its a typical motel and is best suited for a 1- or 2-night stay.
