The apartment was excellent. Very clean, no noise at all and also extremely spacious. Had all the facilities we could need. It was located in a very nice village just outside of Napier (5 min drive to get to Napier town centre) and this village had some charming breakfast spots, restaurants, shops, pharmacy and a great beach was also 50 metres from the apartment. If I return to Napier I would 100% book this property again!

Great location, very nice apartment
The booking.com description failed to indicate that there were two bathrooms - fortunately we were able to make contact with the host prior to making the booking, Surely booking.com should be aware that many people booking a two bedroom apartment are interested to know if there are one or two bathrooms.
The only criticisms of the accommodation were that there was only one key (not a biggy for us) and that there was no complimentary coffee provided but plenty of tea.

Great location and facilities. Really great spot to explore Napier from.
The parking space reserved for the apartment was often used by others. There were alternative parks nearby. The key pick up was slightly muddled - the key wasn’t in the box. This was really rapidly sorted with a phone call. Thanks!

The property was immaculately presented, in a beautiful position overlooking the water, walking distance to lots of cafes and shops. Short drive to Aquarium, Museum, large shopping precinct! Secure building, easy parking right at the lift.
There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The kitchen was well set up. The lounge area was comfortable as well as the beds. Air-con was efficient and it's total luxury with heated bathroom floors and mirrors. Was very convenient to restaurants and the sites of Napier. The Globe theatre is downstairs and the boardwalk across the road.
We couldn't turn off the fan in the 2nd bathroom or the vent over the stove. It is right above a coffee shop that begins setting up at 6am moving chairs and tables and playing music so a bit noisy.

The property is located in a nice area with lots of cafes around and only a short distance to the centre. The apartment is generous in size, comfortable and clean.
The apartment is directly above a cafe which resulted in daily wake ups approx 6.30am….
