The location was great, it was close to a lot of things within walking distance
Saturday night was like a club, we had to listen to music thumping till 2:00 at night. There were 2 blown lightbulbs in our bedroom, the floor was gritty and needed to be cleaned, tissue boxes needed to be replaced, one was completely empty

great location, beautiful hall, beautiful rooms. Loved the rooftop view and vibes. The art collection on the walls makes you feel like you’re in a hip museum. Airy and spacious rooms. Also super close to the train station, it was easy to walk back there after checkout.
The electronic check-in was a bit strange - but the chatting option is good.

AC worked well, lobby is beautiful, location is great.
The hotel seeks to make online check-in and check-out the goal. At this point (07/2024) it's a very rough experience for the user. I didn't receive my door code and had to... speak to a person. Our room location was not within the hotel and there was no indication of that so we had to... speak to a person. My personal portal misspelled my name and upon booking I received a dubious message via WhatsApp addressed to my misspelled name so I deleted it. Our room had no soap or shampoo so I had to... speak to a person. We may try the hotel again in five years or so, but it likely won't make it that long.

Overcharging for the room 1 month later and still no adjustment. Also I was told I would be out in a no per floor because I have allergies to pets - I was not !

Check-in was easy and the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. Valet parking was a breeze. Our room was large, quiet, and cleaned daily. The Rooftop Bar is a pleasant place for happy hour or a night cap.

Clean and fresh! Loved the ame tities, especially the rooftop lounge and the art gallery. The staff were delightful.

The Quirk is a cool hotel, decorated very quirky. The rooftop view is great and the location was perfect.
There is only valet parking, for $25/night when the Amtrak public lot 1 block away is $12/24 hrs. Our refrigerator was broken and the temp in the room wouldn’t go below 70, so it was a warm night.

I met some people who paid quite a bit less for their room than I did. I wish that I had been given this option.

Very comfortable bed & bedding
The thermostat would not go any lower than 68, which was way too warm in my opinion. I understand setting controls for cooling to 64, like many hotels do…but this felt extreme. It was especially frustrating to have such a comfortable bed & bedding but I had difficulty sleeping because the room was much too warm. My only other issue was how dim the lighting was in the bathroom. Again…you hit the mark with a lovely bathroom in so many ways, but it was so difficult to see when getting ready in the morning because the lighting was not nearly as adequate as most hotels.

No laundry facilities. Rooftop bar was closed but I didn't see any mention of that when I booked my room. Major disappointment.

The hotel is beautiful, stylish and well
maintained. The rooftop bar has a wonderful cocktail menu with a good GF pizza option. The art gallery is a nice touch!
Lack of self parking option but that’s understandable given the area.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Valet parking was fast and convenient.
The staff was not knowledgeable about hotel services or available local activities. The bathroom shower needed cleaning and shampoo dispenser was empty.
