Location. Newer hotel.

The hotel Clerk checked us into Room 329 that was already occupied by another occupant !!! They did not apologize, they did not have a manager speak to me about the horrible surprise. They did not comp the gentleman's whose room we walked directly into without notice, nor did they apologize and nor did a manager even address the issue with him or I. Due to their unprofessionalism in handling this matter I would never stay here again. Everyone makes mistakes, however you should be accountable for them and certainly the manager should have made contact with me as well as the other gentleman's room to whom they gave me a key to !

The room was very neat and clean. The walk-in shower was really nice. The breakfast was great with lots of options.

The property is super clean and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable and have much room for a few travelers. Mary is the key to this property. Her attention to detail and helping us with our every need was a huge plus! She assisted us with sheets and blankets for the pullout bed, check us in and out with care, as well as helped us with our luggage into the hotel. Give Mary some love!

The bed was extremely comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, the staff was nice, and everything was so clean.

The hot tub was wonderful! We took my granddaughter who was having surgery the next day near by and we were able to relax and be close to the dental office! It was perfect!

A good hotel to stay in whilst visiting the area. We used the fitness centre, pool and jacuzzi which were an added bonus. A good buffet breakfast with plenty of seating.

The air conditioning was noisy even when turned “off”, the fan automatically stayed on. This could be a problem if you are a light sleeper. We queried this with reception and were told it was just how the system is built.
