Staff, food, and room were great!

Morning there was a lot of construction. Also lights wouldn’t work or refrigerator for the first couple hours and I had sushi. I notified front desk as soon as I arrived three times and was told it would be 10-15 minutes each time. Finally someone came in with an extension cord for the fridge - he was great.

The location was great - close to food and shops, and live music, not to mention UVA. Our room had been recently remodeled, and was clean and beautifully decorated. Every staff member we encountered was very nice.

The hotel was in the midst of renovations during our stay. The noise was a bit unfortunate, but couldn’t be helped. They did a great job of making sure we were comfortable despite the construction.

You did not tell us the hotel was under major renovations, and that was a big deal!! Not sure if we will use booking.com again.

There was no breakfast. The location was great.

They started renovating the room next door at 7 in the morning. The mattress was very hard, the pillows were very flat, and the sheets were scratchy.

Was not made aware of extensive Libby construction at time of booking. Affordable breakfast options weren’t available unless crossing busy road. Room was warm.

The construction noise made being in the room unbearable. The water shutoff was also difficult although one could shower in the gym. The hotel manager did nothing proactive regarding these difficulties. I only received help after multiple requests. The hotel manager gaslit me. It was horrendous.

Love the location, restaurant, and pool area! The hotel is just within a few steps from a street full of restaurants and bars. Breakfast was lovely and the hot tub was huge/nicely set in pretty stones.

The water was shut off with little notice, which was very inconvenient, especially as it was my birthday that night. Very unfortunate end to an otherwise great week at the hotel.

I paid $500 for a room that should have cost $175.

The hotel was clean. The staff is very nice. The location was great.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay 467.00 for one night. That seems to me to be a bit excessive.

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. I preferred walking around the neighborhood to find little coffee shops.

I was surprised the hotel did not have EV chargers. I saw other teslas in the parking lot besides mine.
