Breakfast was very nice...lots of options
there was garbage (not ours) in the cans in our room

They did not clean our room the 1st night we came back that evening and had no clean towels nor clean room.

There was a bug on the bed when we checked in. The room was very musty. The dining area was small and crowded. There was no bacon option just sausage. Not a good value.

Breakfast was very nice.
We were right beside someone who had dog who howled when left alone. Then up at 3 am with barking,and 6 am. Bed was not comfortable maybe needs upgrade?

Room too small. Bed too close to dresser. Bed and sitting areas did not have trash cans. The bathroom was the only area in hotel room with a waste basket.

Staff was great. Location is good for a visit to UVA. I've stayed here before and chose to stay again. There was a hot water issue, which they were looking into and they gave me a discount for the night. They handled it well.
Of the 2 times I have stayed here, this time they had an issue with the hot water. It was a sold out weekend, so lots of people I'm sure, but they were on it.

The staff was excellent. The room was clean and quiet. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Location was perfect with easy access to routes 29 and 250. Very pet friendly!
The room was smaller than I expected but it was everything we needed. No refrigerator. Limited clothes storage with no drawers and few places to hang clothes.

the worst room I’ve stayed in in a long time. very small. not even room for a regular door on the bathroom. heat/cooling unit was super loud. beds were stiff and sheets were scratchy. I typically like Hampton inns but not this one!
