Beautiful. Perfect location for what we needed.

There was a long wait for room service (an hour and forty minutes) so that was frustrating.

Nicely appointed room, great size, good view, very quiet. The bed and duvet were comfy. Large bathroom with a nice shower. Loved the Nespresso and tea selections.

For this price I would expect the room to be spotless, so although the tiling in the bathroom was beautiful, it did show where it hadn't been cleaned (could see toothpaste residue/water marks on the wall beside the sink). The table in the room also did not appear to have been wiped down. Besides these points it was otherwise very clean. The biggest issue and a real oversight was that there was absolutely terrible lighting for getting ready/doing makeup. Despite having mirrors everywhere, not one of them had even OK lighting to be able to actually see! Could not find a mirror that didn't cast weird shadows and no mirrors were located near the window to make use of the natural light.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The views from the hotel are amazing and the location is quite practical for tourists.

There was a weird noise in the middle of the first night that sounded like a water pump and woke me up a few times. Not sure what it was, but it was lower on the second day and didn't wake me up.

Was breakfast included? IF it was...I missed the memo. I was a little sticker shocked by the prefiixed % gratuity for the staff before the tip for the waiter.

See ABOVE.. The hallways are a little too dark. Room was immaculate but wished it had a mini fridge or even just a frid drawer.

The room felt huge, loved the floor to ceiling windows, the bathroom was great, beautiful vanity. The bed was amazing, like sleeping on a cloud.

My partner and I were very excited for the sauna & steam room, however we ended up not using either because they’re separated by gender. I was also under the impression that our room would have a tub.

Mediocre and overpriced hotel with terrible night personnel and horrible front desk management. General lack of coordination and communication between staff. Hotel is completely unsafe, you can walk in and get onto any floor without anyone noticing, no key access in elevators. Doordash walked straight to our hotel room door.

Everything about this hotel is magical! No complaints. The best hotel I've stayed in over the last 5 years.

The hotel has the right elements, including good location, large rooms, comfortable beds, good wifi, nice common areas and fitness center, but it's not a 5-star experience.

Reception outside noisy nightclub-like restaurant and bar was jarring and unpleasant. There are also some inefficiencies this brings about with elevator operation, but that's a minor frustration.
