Room was very comfortable. Bed was five-star. Bathroom and shower also were excellent.
corridor was dirty. Linens were left outside other guest rooms for three days. Front desk service was either non-existent or unhelpful.

the room smells terrible, the toilet was leaking and making noise the whole day and night, and the bathtub drainage was rusty and looked terrible.
The pictures in the advertisement make you thing you will find a new place and in reality, it looks really different.

The room was disgusting, clearly hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. There were bodily fluids on the wall, floors were very dirty, and spider webs everywhere. We stayed one night, and that was too much. We are still waiting on a 1600$ refund for the rest of the reservation.

The pandemic has affected almost every business worldwide, In Town Suits is no exception. They were operating on a two person staff yet they were very hands on. The manager Leslie called us personally before arrival to ensure she could accommodate our needs. And then called again upon checking out to make sure we had an enjoyable stay.
As is the case with any hotel/motel in this class you can have unsightly characters also staying/living there. I didn't like residents hanging out at night in the lot in wooded areas in property.

A white man from corporate seems to be racist, even a few nurses complaining about him. This so-called guy from corporate came beating down my door to get out because I was granted permission the day before, for a late checkout. Intown Suites has a lot of refugees staying there and this seems to have an effect on there customer service skill. Everyone is treated like a refugee and management likes to threaten guest about calling the police when stand up for what’s right. I had to fight with them to get my deposit back, very rude and disrespectful staff members.

I was robbed by Ruth the manager for 3 weeks of lodging and no one will respond.

The toilet was broke and the room had no hot water. They don't clean the room because of covid-19 they say

It was very clean and comfortable.
The lain isn't ideal.

A very pleasant manager on duty when I checked in and policy was a little different so our reservation was cancelled but it was alright with manager she rebooked us and even let me pick a room of liking by showing them to me . there was a plus in our stay that there were great guests staying in the hotel.
I liked it all .
